| Objective To observe the effect of combined therapy of Zishen Yangjing decoction and acupunct ure on sex hormone and AMH in patients with kidney deficiency syndrome after PCO S laparoscopy.to explore the hormone changes after PCOS laparoscopy treatment of k idney deficiency syndrome by nourishing kidney and nourishing essence method combi ned with acupuncture.To provide an effective and reliable method for the treatment o f patients with kidney deficiency syndrome after PCOS laparoscopy.Methods 90 PCOS patients with kidney deficiency syndrome after laparoscopy were randomly divided into three groups: Acupuncture and Chinese medicine group(n=30),Acupunctu re group(n=30)and simple operation group(n=30).The course of treatment is 3 mon ths,the observation is 3 months,The serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FS H),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T)and AMH were compared among the t hree groups before operation,3 months after operation and 6 months after operation,a nd the ratio of LH/FSH was compared with that of the three groups.Results 1?FSH:There was no significant difference in serum levels of FSH among the three g roups before operation,3 months after operation and 6 months after operation(P>0.05)There was no significant difference in serum levels of FSH among three groups of patients with FSH:.2?LH,LH/FSH(1)Intra-group comparison,there was no significant difference between Acupuncture and Chinese medicine group and Acupuncture group in 3 months and 6 months after operation(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between 3 months after op eration and 6 months after operation(P>0.05).In simple operation group,3 months a fter operation were significantly lower than those before operation(P<0.05),6 months after operation were significantly higher than 3 months after operation(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between pre-operation and 6-month postoperative ab out the ratio of LH to FSH((P>0.05).(2)Comparison among groups:3 months after operation and 6 months after operatio n,the levels of Acupuncture and Chinese medicine group and Acupuncture group wer e significantly lower than those of simple operation group(P<0.05).There was no si gnificant difference between Acupuncture and Chinese medicine group and Acupunctur e group 3 months after operation and 6 months after operation(P>0.05).However,t he ratio of LH to FSH in the Acupuncture and Chinese medicine group was significa ntly lower than that in the Acupuncture group at 3 months after operation and 6 mon ths after operation(P<0.05).3?T(1)Intra-group comparison: in Acupuncture and Chinese medicine group and Acupun cture group,3 months and 6 months after operation were significantly lower than thos e before operation(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between 3 month s after operation and 6 months after operation(P>0.05),but there was no significant difference between 3 months and 6 months after operation(P>0.05).In simple oper ation group,3 months after operation was significantly lower than that before operatio n(P<0.05),but 6 months after operation was slightly higher than that of 3 months a fter operation,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05),and there was no signi ficant difference between 6 months after operation and before operation(P>0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: 3 months and 6 months after operation in Acupunct ure and Chinese medicine group and Acupuncture group were significantly lower than those in simple operation group(P<0.05),and those in Acupuncture and Chinese m edicine group were significantly lower than those in Acupuncture group 3 months afte r operation and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).4?AMH(1)Intra-group comparison: the serum AMH levels in the three groups were significa ntly lower than those before the operation at 3 months and 6 months after operation(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the 3 months after operatio n and the 6 months after operation(P>0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: compared with Acupuncture group and simple opera tion group,Acupuncture and Chinese medicine group decreased significantly 3 months and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between acupuncture group and simple operation group in 3 months and 6 months after operati on(P>0.05).5?There were 14 cases of pregnancy in Acupuncture and Chinese medicine group,8 cases of pregnancy in acupuncture group and 5 cases of pregnancy in simple operatio n group within 6 months after operation.Conclusion Zishenyangjing decoction combined with acupuncture at seven points of abdomen in th e treatment of kidney deficiency syndrome after PCOS laparoscopy can significantly re duce the level of LH,T,AMH and other hormones,and down-regulate the ratio of LH/FSH.the curative effect is better than that simple laparoscopic surgery or after laparos copy combined with acupuncture. |
