Objective: To observe the clinical effect observation on the treatment with Jiang Ni He Wei prescription of delayed chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(delayed CINV).Methods: Sixty-eight CINV patients who had received chemotherapy for the first time and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with the treatment of Jiang Ni He Wei prescription combined with conventional therapy.Neiguan,Gongsun, taichong, geshu, shangwan and zusanli were selected as acupoints. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. Each chemotherapy cycle was treated with 8 times of acupuncture,a total of 2 consecutive cycles of acupuncture. There was no significant difference in gender, age, clinical stage, life physical status score, cancer type, chemotherapy regimen and TCM symptom score before admission, and there was comparability(P > 0.05).To evaluate the effect of delayed CINV and the improvement of TCM symptoms before and after acupuncture treatment, collect and collate data, and use SPSS 22.0 for windows statistical software statistics. Results: Five delayed CINV patients were eventually excluded and dropped out,32 in the observation group and 31 in the control group.1.Clinical efficacy of delayed CINV: After treatment, the effective rates of the third day and forth day were differences between the two groups, and the differences were statistically significant(84.38% and 58.06%,P3=0.049,87.5% and 67.74%,P4=0.027).On the second day and the fifth day were differences between the two groups, and there was no significant difference.2.The curative effect on TCM symptoms of spleen-stomach qi deficiency syndrome: After treatment, there were differences between the two groups(P < 0.05)in the curative effect of symptoms of TCM,such as anorexia even if we eat less, postprandial abdominal distention, nausea and vomiting, and ambiguity. There was no difference in the efficacy of physical fatigue between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.The curative effect of the secondary symptoms of TCM: After treatment, there were differences between the two groups in the curative effect of belching and loose stool(P < 0.05).There was no difference in the efficacy of symptoms such as fatigue, pale complexion, abdominal pain and weakness of defecation(P > 0.05).4.Physical tolerance: After treatment, the observation group had good physical tolerance, and the difference was statistically significant(75% and 48.39%,P=0.030).The physical endurance of the observation group was better than that of the control group.5.Weight change: After treatment, there was no significant difference in the no reduction rate between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusions: The treatment on Jiang Ni He Wei prescription combined with conventional therapy of delayed CINV is better. It has prominent effect on improving some TCM symptoms of spleen-stomach qi deficiency syndrome, and patients in treatment can tolerate chemotherapy. It is worth affirming and researching.
