| ObjectiveTo sort out the relevant records of dementia in ancient Chinese medicine books,and to explore the characteristics of Chinese medicine rehabilitation thoughts of dementia,including specific rehabilitation methods,rehabilitation concepts and rehabilitation rules,so as to enrich the concept of rehabilitation treatment of dementia,in order to provide reference for the rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine for dementia in the future.MethodsThis study used a literature research method combining traceability method,confirmation method and bibliometrics to study dementia as a research object,and based on the TCM terminology of dementia dysfunction and its accompanying symptoms,through excavation and excavation of ancient Chinese medicine ancient books.Relevant provisions,in this way summed up the ancient literature on the various dysfunction of dementia,and summarized the Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy,rehabilitation concept and rehabilitation rules of dementia.Results1.This study obtained 556 articles closely related to dementia through reading and combing 181 ancient Chinese medicine books.Through the excavation of the relevant provisions of the symptoms of dementia,the overall records of multiple dysfunctions of dementia include: "After forgetting the loss,not knowing the opposite side of the guest,not knowing the head and tail" and other memory impairment descriptions;Words are reversed,silent,silent,and whispered in the mouth,such as descriptions of language barriers;"invisible audio-visual,unrecognizable things in the world" and other visual space and judgment obstacles;"emotional variation,anger,leisure Enthusiasm,desire for epilepsy,madness and not daring,etc.,and other emotional abnormalities and " not to be appreciative,drink and tasteless,restless sleep,sleep for a few days without waking up,sit for days without sleep,return to the same child "A description of personality and behavior abnormalities."2.Statistics on the relevant data of dementia treatment,including 209 related to prescriptions and 80 related to acupuncture.After standardization treatment,195 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were obtained,and 1905 times appeared cumulatively;34 acupoints were present,with a total of 202 occurrences.Using frequency statistics and theoretical analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,it is concluded that the drug rehabilitation in ancient China for the treatment of dementia is based on replenishing the heart and invigorating the heart and yang.Among them,the most used drugs are tonic,sweet and warm drugs.The acupuncture rehabilitation of dementia is based on conditioning the pulse and stimulating yang.Among them,the highest frequency acupoint is Baihui,the highest frequency of the acupoint is the Du Meridian,and the high frequency acupoint is mainly attributed to the Yangjing meridian;The diet rehabilitation of dementia is based on taking care of the spleen and stomach,taking Ziyuanyang as the core,and taking Ganwen,glutinous rice,glutinous porridge,ginseng porridge and other Ganwen foods and medicinal diet as the representative;the sports rehabilitation of dementia is moving and yang,Balance the yin and yang as the core,represented by the qi,the Laozi massage method,and the Wu Qin opera.ConclusionDementia is a kind of abnormal disease caused by the loss of brain and the loss of brain.The records of ancient Chinese medicine on the disease are scattered in related literatures such as “forgetfulness,stagnation,madness,and stagnation”.Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of dementia is age,the visceral yang is gradually declining,and its function is insufficient.The characteristics of Chinese medicine rehabilitation of dementia can be summarized as follows: 1 TCM rehabilitation therapy with vigorous yang as the core;2 TCM rehabilitation concept that accords with overall rehabilitation,dialectical rehabilitation and functional rehabilitation;3 Emphasis on combination of medical care,promotion of diet,follow-up A suitable Chinese medicine rehabilitation rule. |
