Research On The Precision Nursing For Cancer Patients In Tertiary Class-A Hospitals In Guizhou Province

Objective:To understand the nursing demands of cancer patients in Guizhou Province,demand satisfaction,current precision nursing ability of oncology nurses and influencing factors,explore the implementation strategies of precision nursing for cancer patients,and provide theoretical basis for precision nursing for cancer patients.Methods:Through the methods of literature reading,interview and expert consulting,the Questionnaire for Nursing Demands and Demand Satisfaction of cancer and the Questionnaire for precision Nursing Ability of Oncology Nurses were designed.From March 2018 to August 2018,630 tumour patients in hospital and 620 nurses of oncology department from 15 3A hospitals in Guizhou province were investigated by the questionnaire method.The investigation included general demographic data,patients' nursing demand,satisfaction degree of demand and the current situation of nurses' precision nursing ability.Effective return of 607 Patient Questionnaires,Effective return of606 nurse Questionnaires.All data were made statistics and analyzed by the SPSS21.0software.The counting data were expressed as percentages,and the measurement data were expressed as the mean and standard deviation.Single factor analysis adopted independent sample T to carry out the test or variance analysis.Multiple linear regression analysis was used for multiple-factor analysis.Results: 1.The total nursing demand of cancer patients was(3.97±0.72)points,including basic nursing demand(4.19±0.70)points,expected nursing demand(3.83±0.62)points,and charismatic nursing demand(3.59±0.91)points.2.The satisfaction degree of cancer patients' nursing demand was(3.38±0.78)points,including the satisfaction degree of basic nursing demand(3.51±0.75)points,the satisfaction degree of expected nursing demand(3.70±0.80)points,and the satisfaction degree of charismatic nursing demand(2.94±1.11)points.3.The total precision nursing ability of nurses of oncology department was(3.52±0.64)points,including knowledge ability(3.47±0.73)points,practical ability(3.58±0.77)points,humanistic care and health education ability(3.64±0.74)points,and extended nursing service ability(3.36±0.79)points.4.Single factor analysis of influencing nurses' nursing ability: professional title,hospital type,whether they are specialized nurses or not,training times in the past year and salary satisfaction.The difference of influence of these factors on nurses' precision nursing ability is statistically significant(p<0.05),while age,education background and working hours,for these factors,in influencing nurses' precision nursing ability,the difference of influence isn't statistically significant(p>0.05).Multi-factor analysis of influencing nurses' nursing ability: professional title,hospital type,training times in the past year and salary satisfaction are the main factors influencing nurses' precision nursing ability of oncology department.Conclusion: 1.The nursing demand of cancer patients in Guizhou Province are diversified.2.The satisfaction degree of precision nursing demand of cancer patients in Guizhou Province is not high.3.precision nursing ability for cancer patients in Guizhou province is is on the upper middle level.4.The main factors that affect the precision nursing ability of nurses of oncology department in Guizhou Province are professional title,hospital type,training times in the past year,and salary satisfaction.
