| Objective: at present,China's overall population structure is aging,according to statistics,in 2050,the total number of elderly population will account for about 25% of the proportion of the total population.The elderly are the high incidence of disease,the disease prevention and control of the elderly has become a hot issue of concern.In older age groups,dementia is a common disease of nervous system,mainly AD(Alzheimer's disease Alzheimer disease),VD(vascular dementia).AD patients accounted for more than60% of elderly patients with dementia,AD on the quality of life of elderly patients with serious impact,and for the state and society as well as the family to bring a serious burden.AD patients in different stages of the disease,the caregiver and family time,physical and economic requirements have great differences,based on this background,according to the progress of AD patients with the degree of the nursing mode selection are discussed.Methods: This study is divided into two parts,the first part of the control for elderly AD patients and non AD elderly nursing mode;comparative study of AD patients nursing mode of second parts for different severity and clinical symptoms.In the first part,a comparative study of AD patients and non AD elderly nursing model in the selection of elderly AD patients as the observation group,the elderly non AD elderly as the control group,the observation group from Qiingdao University School of Medicine Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao City,the main three Jiadeng hospital neurology clinic is diagnosed240 cases of AD patients were selected as control group,240 non elderly AD patients,non AD elderly with AD were selected as the reference sample,selected a total of 240 cases of research objects in the same community,nursing homes,nursing homes in the same proportion.The contents of the survey include: the total cost of the sample demographic characteristics,and present the present old-age pension mode and nursing mode pay and the specific composition,the total cost of medical expenses and other clinics need specific composition.According to the observation group and the control group of nursing care model,the differences between the groups were compared and discussed.Study on AD patients nursing pattern contrast second different severity and clinical symptoms,the AD patients were divided into mild,moderate and severe group three,and according to the clinical symptoms,divided into memory and comprehension,perception and behavior disorders,mental disorders in three groups,the pension and nursing cost directly and indirect expenses estimates,based on basic nursing and pension mode,with medical expenses,and the actual calculation according to the proportion of Medicare reimbursement,the loss cost,additional cost measure variables,according to the prediction model of multiple variables to construct the total cost,total cost assessment,and according to the research results,the article puts forward some suggestions on its endowment and the choice of the mode of nursing.Results: the total 480 cases study,including 240 cases of elderly AD patients as the observation group,240 cases of elderly patients with non AD elderly as the control group,the clinical control study,home care mode is the main mode of the two groups,but the nursing mode of elderly AD mechanism of community nursing,nursing homes,nursing homes were selected compared with non AD elderly have a significantly higher proportion of.In the nursing cost,overall,elderly patients with AD than in the AD patients with higher expenditures,including home care spending close to,community nursing,nursing homes,non AD elderly were significantly lower in expenditure,of nursing mode,the two group is closer to the data.In patients with AD according to the comparative study of different severity and different clinical symptoms,The results show that in mild AD patients,the highest score for family nursing;the patients with moderate AD,the highest total score for the sanatorium,but the sanatorium has a higher relative cost,followed by nursing homes,nursing homes and care at the lowest cost;in patients with severe AD,the highest total for the sanatorium at the same time,in severe AD patients in comprehensive cost assessment,explicit costs and implicit costs add up to the minimum comprehensive cost of the sanatorium.Conclusion: at present,the nursing mode of elderly patients with AD in our country is still mainly family care,but the choice of community care,nursing homes,nursing homes and other institutions of care model is significantly higher than that of non AD elderly.The patients according to disease severity to distinguish,to obtain the relevant comprehensive cost,after the comparative study,mild AD patients suggested that the choice of home care and community nursing mode;moderate AD patients suggested nursing homes;severe AD were selected nursing homes or nursing homes in explicit costs and implicit costs and the total cost has little difference in the overall but,recommended to choose nursing homes,can obtain more professional care AD.The patients according to different clinical symptoms of the disorder,partition,memory and understanding of perception and behavior disorder has little effect on the choice of disease nursing mode,mental disorder symptoms can significantly affect the disease care costs,so there should be nursing mode of mental disorders like AD patients take nursing homes or nursing homes and other more
