Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Poverty Among Rural Residents Due To Illness

Since China’s reform and opening up,China completed a remarkable mass poverty reduction task,to determine the farmers per capita net income of 2300 yuan in 2010 as measured by the poverty line,people living in poverty in rural areas in China have been reduced from 770 million in 1978 to 55.75 million in2015,the distinguished results of[1]."China’s rural poverty alleviation and development program(2011-2020)" made in China will build a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020,eliminate poverty,and improve level of public health and medical service quality in the poor areas.As a result,the achievements on the poverty alleviation poverty reduction work in China’s great achievements at the same time,we should also speed up the process,strive for in a relatively short period of time to help 55.75 million poor people out of poverty,to achieve the great goal in 2020 to build a well-off society in an all-round way.In these poor people,with 42.6%of the population is because of sickness poor population[2],the visible poverty due to illness has become the main cause of rural poverty in China,so good because of sickness poor problem has become the important content of China’s poverty alleviation work,to build a well-off society,comprehensively enhance the level of public health and medical services in rural areas has important significance.Based on this,this paper adopted the practical research and theoretical exploration of combining the way of our country rural areas because of sickness poor problem is studied,selected the Tongchuan city ink pad area 250 farmers as investigation object,through interview and questionnaire survey in the form of the rural residents in the region because of sickness poor situation,analyses the present situation of our country because of sickness poor,using analytical tools to collect data statistics analysis,it is concluded that the influence factors of poverty due to illness,and these factors put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.In this paper,the core content includes four parts,the first part for the domestic and international research dynamic and the theoretical basis,this part of the basic theory including disease risk theory and the causes of poverty theory and the theory of public health services;The second part is because of sickness poor,analysis of the current situation of this part from the characteristics of the poverty due to illness,poverty due to illness and the degree of harm because of sickness poor three aspects to our country because of sickness poor problem in rural areas has made an analysis;Third part for the analysis of the influence factors of poverty due to illness,this part with SPSS software as the analysis tool to probe the collected data was analyzed,and found that household income,family expenditure structure,family chronically ill population,rural residents’cultural level,the bondage of diseases,and rural grassroots health service quality to exist because of sickness poor effect;The fourth part to explore some countermeasures for the rural residents because of sickness poor,this part aimed at the influence factors of poverty due to illness put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,including precision for poverty alleviation in order to enhance the villagers of the risk of the disease resistance ability,enhance health poverty reduction to reduce the medical burden of villagers,education investment to improve the backward concept of medical treatment,strengthen mutual to liberate the bound of labor,Improving the quality of the rural medical and health services,improve the medical security system,the countermeasures on how to better solve at the present stage in China rural areas because of sickness poor problem has important practical significance.
