Craniofacial is one of the most important structures of human body,which is composed of some important anatomical tissues,such as skull and jaw surface.If the site suffers from malignancy,it is difficult to initiate surgery because of its intricate neurological and vascular systems and aesthetic requirements.Minimally invasive Surgery with interventional therapy provides a new alternative for the treatment of craniofacial tumors.However,the traditional methods of interventional therapy mainly rely on the experience of doctors,the accuracy of operation is low,the difficulty of operation is urgent to be solved.With the mature of digital image technology,Computer Aided design technology and 3D printing technology,personalized surgical guide plate based on 3D printing begins to enter clinical application,which will greatly improve the accuracy and convenience of craniofacial interventional therapy and improve the therapeutic effect.In order to solve the problem of difficult localization in craniofacial interventional therapy,this paper constructs a digital system of interventional therapy including 6-DOF positioning Stent system and individualized guide plate.The main research contents are as follows:1.The design of Craniofacial 6-DOF positioning bracket system.The spatial coordinate and kinematics analysis of each DOF positioning element;The relationship between different coordinate systems is established,the position of the stent in the patient and the position analysis and structure design of the guide plate on the bracket are analyzed,and the stiffness and stability of the guide plate are ensured by fem.Simulation of the working space of the bracket system to ensure that the space range of stent movement can satisfy the operation of the whole operation;The error sources of 6-DOF positioning bracket system are analyzed.2.Personalized guide plate design based on CT interventional therapy for puncture needle implantation.Based on CT model reconstruction,the Guide hole and the guide plate body structure of the guide plate were designed according to the puncture angle and the depth match,and the source of the guide plate error was analyzed.3.Accuracy verification of guide plate localization in craniofacial interventional therapy.The experimental platform was built to analyze the ideal position of the guide plate and the measured position,and the positioning error of the guide plate was obtained,and satisfactory results were obtained.In this paper,the digital design of the guide plate and the head of the fixed stent for the first time,flexible structure and easy to adjust and positioning,can cover all areas of maxillofacial surgery.This study provides a feasible method for the clinical application of precise interventional therapy in craniofacial area.
