Objective:Combined with CBCT,optical scanning as well as digital implant guide design and make software,the aim of this project was to explore the feasibility of the personalized implant guide which was designed and fabricated by ourselves,and make preliminary of its deviation and accuracy.We hope this personalized implant guide will has a better accuracy,and it can provide a guidance for clinical work.Method:A total of 10 implants were placed with the aid of the personalized implant guides in 8 patients.After surgery,the preoperative design information and postoperative CBCT data were imported into GMS12 software for comparison,and the 3d coordinates of the top and bottom center points of the designed implant and the actual implant were measured respectively,then the deviations between placed position and planned position were calculated by mathematical formula.The data were analysed by SPASS21.0 software,and the top deviation,bottom deviation and angular deviation were summarized by descriptive statistical methods.The data of Meta analysis literature on the accuracy of implant guide plate were used as the control group,and independent sample T-test was selected to detect the difference between the two groups,P value<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:.The mean horizontal deviation of 10 implants was(1.25±0.14)mm at the top,(1.72±0.46)mm at the bottom,and the mean angular deviation was(5.76±1.36)°.A statistically significant rised error was observed at implant apex,and also in angular deviation.There were no statistically significant error was observed at entry point.Conclusion:The personalized digital implant guide used has proved high accuracy for implant insertion.Within the limitation of the present study,the accuracy of the personalized digital implant guide was lower compared with literature datum.
