Accuracy Evaluation Of Domestic Digital Guide For Implants Placement In The Aesthetic Area Of Maxillary Anterior Region

Objective:To use the domestic digital guide for implanting in the maxillary anterioresthetic area,to evaluate the accuracy of the guide plate and analyze the causes of its error,and to provide an objective basis for the clinical application of the Digital implant surgical guide.Methods:8patients inciuding 23 implants with dentition defect in Maxillary anterior region who underwent implant surgery in the Department o f Dental Implant,Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University,from January 2016 to December 2017.Patients were taken CBCT,preoperative preparation an d preparation of digital planting guide plate for implant surgeries were perfor med.patients underwent CBCT within three months aftert surgeries.Compare i mplant sites designed prior to surgeries and actual implant sites,and measuret he differences between actual sites and designed ones,and thedata obtained w ere analyzed statistically.Results:The measured average deviation are as follows:shoulder(0.73±0.46)mm,apex(0.96±.53),depth(0.37±0.16)and the angle(4.03±2.33)°.The subjects wer e divided into three groups of different dental formula:The central incisor gro up,the lateral incisor group and the canine group,and divided into immediate a nd conventional implant groups according to the different operative styles.Th e results showed that there was no significant difference in the deviation betwe en the groups.Conclusion:The Accuracy of domestic digital guide in different dental formula of the aesthetic area of maxillary anterior and immediately implant is controllable.T he implants placement of the Maxillary anterior region with the domestic digit al guide can effectively shortenthe operation time,reduce the trauma of operat ion,and ensure the precise placement.
