Objective: By studying the influence of social psychological factors on the occurrence and development of perimenopausal syndrome and the quality of life of women in shijiazhuang city,this paper analyzes the factors affecting perimenopausal syndrome,and formulates effective psychological intervention measures for the perimenopausal comprehensive management clinic,providing theoretical support and practical guidance.Method: This study applies the method of random sampling and follows the principle of women's voluntary,Questionnaire survey has been conducted among 100 women with perimenopausal syndrome who meet inclusion criteria and have seen or consulted the doctors in Menopause Comprehensive Management Clinic of Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to December in 2017.They are required to meet the standard of menopause syndrome and eliminate interference cases.Normal and healthy women were selected for case control.The inclusion criteria included women who underwent physical examination in the physical examination center of Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the same time period.It was needed to obtain physical examination report which shows no serious physical,mental and psychological diseases,and also no menstrual disorder.The questionnaire included the self-designed General Condition Questionnaire,the Greene scale,the Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)and the Family Care Index Questionnaire.There is a need to translate,sort and print out the questionnaire,giving them out in postmenopausal syndrome outpatient service of gynecology department,and following up the survey by establishing wechat group.The questionnaires collected could be invalid if there is something unfilled.SPSS 16.0 statistic software has been used to analyze and process the statistics.The statistical methods used include descriptive statistics,independent sample t test,chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis.Result:1.In this study,100 questionnaires were distributed and 94 valid questionnaires were obtained,with an effective rate of 94%.2.There was no difference in the average age of menstruation of women and normal women in perimenopausal period,which was not statistically significant.3.In perimenopausal women,there was a statistically significant difference between the women with poor living habits and sleeping conditions,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the "bad habits and sleep situation" project,the women in MPS group were compared with the normal female group,and the women in MPS were prone to poor living habits and irregular sleep patterns.4.The difference in the level of culture,the work situation and the monthly income of the average female in the perimenopausal women was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with normal women,the culture degree of perimenopausal women is lower,the proportion of unemployed is higher,and the family condition is not superior.5 Perimenopausal women and normal women in anxiety,depression,somatic symptoms,vasomotor symptoms,sexual differences,statistically significant(P<0.05),perimenopausal women easily in anxiety,depression,prone to physical symptom,vasomotor symptoms,such as sexual dysfunction.Psychological state is also the main factor affecting perimenopausal syndrome.6.There was a statistical difference between postmenopausal women and normal women in coping style scores and family function scores(P<0.05).It is suggested that coping style and family function are the main factors affecting perimenopausal syndrome.7.There was a difference in the social support function scores between PMS women and normal women,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).It suggests that social support function is also the main factor influencing perimenopausal syndrome.8.The differences in quality of life scores between PMS women and normal women were statistically significant(P<0.05).This suggests that the symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome also reduce the quality of life for PMS patients.Conclusion:1.PMS women are prone to anxiety and depression,high score of negative coping style and poor social support function,which are related to their education level,family conditions,marital status,working status,living habits,sleep,etc2.The quality of life of women in PMS is reduced and marital status,working conditions,bad life habits,sleep habits,Greene scores,negative coping scores,social support and family function.3.The medical staff should fully assess the psycho-social stress of PMS women and strengthen the specific measures to prevent and alleviate their menopausal symptoms,with a positive and effective psychological intervention which is necessary for women in PMS.
