Objective: Analysis and study of the pancreatic head resection of duodenum(Pancreaticoduodenectomy,PD)postoperative intraperitoneal infection related risk factors. Methods: Clinical data of 299 standard pancreaticoduodenectomy patients admitted to the general surgical ward of shengjing hospital from June 2016 to January 2018 were collected. The risk factors of intraperitoneal infection after PD were calculated by single factor and multiple factor analysis, and the risk factors of intraperitoneal infection were analyzed and discussed. Results: Among 299 patients 39 patients had abdominal infection after PD,and 260 patients had no infection, with an incidence of 13.0%(39/299).In univariate analysis, gender, age, previous history of diabetes, history of hypertension, history of coronary heart disease, pancreatic duct diameter and total bilirubin showed no statistical significance for intra-abdominal infection(P>0.05).The course of jaundice, postoperative pancreatic fistula, postoperative bleeding and pulmonary infection were correlated with postoperative intraperitoneal infection after PD(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the preoperative jaundice(OR = 1.7606),postoperative pancreatic fistula(OR = 3.4722),postoperative hemorrhage(OR = 1.8484),and pulmonary infection(OR = 5.291)were risk factors for intraperitoneal infection after PD surgery. Conclusion: The risk factors for intraperitoneal infection after PD surgery were preoperative jaundice, postoperative pancreatic fistula, postoperative bleeding, and pulmonary infection. Therefore, antibiotics should be used clinically to prevent infection, prevent and treat postoperative pancreatic leakage, intraperitoneal hemorrhage and other related complications,so as to reduce the incidence of intraperitoneal infection.
