Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze the relevant factors causing pancreatic leakage after pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD)and to obtain corresponding risk factors to guide clinical prediction of pancreatic leakage complications after PD.Methods: The clinical data of 57 patients with PD who were admitted to the Pancreatic Clinic Center of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from January 2016 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were diagnosed as having pancreatic leakage according to postoperative experience.57 patients were divided into For the pancreatic leakage group and non-pancreatic leakage group, univariate and multivariate analyses were performed on the relevant factors. Results: The probability of pancreatic leakage after pancreaticoduodenectomy in this study was 36.8%(21/57).Univariate risk analysis showed that age older than 60 years, preoperative dominant jaundice, main pancreatic duct diameter less than 3 mm,soft pancreatic and tumor outside the pancreas were related to the occurrence of pancreatic leakage(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age older than 60 years and preoperative dominant jaundice were independent risk factors for pancreatic leakage(P<0.05).Conclusion: Age greater than 60 years, preoperative dominant jaundice, main pancreatic duct diameter <3 mm,soft pancreas, and tumor outside the pancreas are risk factors for pancreatic leakage after PD.Age greater than 60 years, preoperative jaundice is an independent risk factor for the occurrence of pancreatic leakage.
