Objective Through the cross-sectional study design,study the vitamin D nutritional status of pneumonia infants in naqu area and liaoning province and its related influencing factors,to guide infants and pregnant mother vitamin D supplements reasonably and provides the theory basis for vitamin D deficiency in infants.Methods Venous blood 25-?OH?D3 level was used as the index of vitamin D status,select on April 1,2017 to December 1,2018 people's hospital of pediatrics from naqu income of 149 cases of children with acute bronchial pneumonia and at the same time,shengjing hospital affiliated to China medical university second pediatric intensive care units of 211 cases of children with acute bronchopneumonia,using enzyme-linked immunoassay detection venous blood 25?OH?D3 level,compare the two area 25-?OH?D3 level,venous blood calcium,phosphorus indexes,the questionnaire survey to collect infants and young children age?0 and 1 year old,1 to 2 years old,2 to 3 years old?,gender?male,female?,gestational age?<37w,?37w?<41w?,birth season?spring3 to 5 month,summer six to eight months,autumn September 11 months,winter 12-February?,outdoor activity time after birth?<1 h,1 to 2 h,>2 h?,whether born after adding exogenous vitamin D?yes,not?,after feeding way?breast milk,mixing,artificial?;And motherhood age??30 years old,>30 years of age?,motherhood degree?high school,college,bachelor or above?,pregnancy middle-late whether vitamin D supplement?yes,no?,pregnancy middle-late outdoor activity time?<1 h,1 to 2 h,>2 h?indicators,such as analysis of these indicators in infants and young children is influential vitamin D levels,and the research result in naqu area in liaoning province and the influence factors of infant vitamin D levels are different.Results The overall level of 25-?OH?D3 in infants with pneumonia in Shengjing Hospital was mainly between 20-55ng/ml,and the median?interquartile range?:36.14?26.74-46.53?ng/ml,<20 ng/ml There were 22 cases?10.58%?,40 cases?19.23%?between 2030ng/ml,146cases?70.19%?>30ng/ml,and median venous blood calcium level?interquartile range?2.36?2.27-2.44?mmo/L,venous blood phosphorus level is 1.63?1.49-1.75?mmo/L.The overall level of 25-?OH?D3 in pneumonia infants in Naqu City People's Hospital is mainly below 30 ng/ml,with an average level of 12.37?7.41-25.26?ng/ml,and there are86 cases of 25-?OH?D3<20 ng/ml?62.77%?,26 cases?18.98%?between 2030ng/ml,25cases?18.25%?>30ng/ml,venous blood calcium level 1.44?1.16-1.76?mmo/L,venous blood phosphorus level 1.72?1.30-2.23?mmo/L.The levels of 25-?OH?D3,calcium and phosphorus in venous blood of the two regions were significantly different?P<0.05?.Influencing factors of vitamin D in infants and young children in Shengjing Hospital?P<0.05?are infants with gestational age,feeding methods,infants and children,and pregnant women in the middle and late stages of pregnancy,whether the infants are born and the pregnant mothers are pregnant or not.Exogenous vitamin D,maternal education,and maternal age are ranked according to the OR value.Among them,the outdoor activity time of the pregnant mother in the middle and late pregnancy is<1h is the main factor,followed by the infants who do not supplement the exogenous vitamin D after birth.Outdoor activities after birth<1h,mixed feeding,pregnant women in the middle and late pregnancy did not supplement exogenous vitamin D,maternal age>30 years old,pregnant mother high school and below,infant gestational age<37W?premature delivery?.Influencing factors of vitamin D deficiency in infants and young children in Nagqu area?P<0.05?include:infants'birth season,age of infants,postnatal and postnatal pregnancy,and outdoor exogenous vitamin D.The birth season of infants and young children is the main risk factor in autumn;the second is the age of infants and young children 2-3 years old,the outdoor activity time of pregnant women in the middle and late pregnancy is<1h,the activity time of infants and young children is 1-2h,and the foreign students are not supplemented after birth.Sexual vitamin D.Conclusion There are significant differences in vitamin D levels,venous blood calcium levels,and venous blood phosphorus levels in pneumonia infants between Naqu City People's Hospital and Shengjing Hospital.Vitamin D and blood calcium levels in infants and young children in Naqu area were significantly lower than those in Liaoning,and venous blood phosphorus was higher than that in Liaoning.There are differences in the factors affecting vitamin D in infants and young children in the two regions.The risk factors for vitamin D deficiency in infants and young children in Liaoning are mainly due to the outdoor activity time of pregnant women in the middle and late pregnancy<1h,no exogenous vitamin D supplementation in infants and young children,and outdoor activities after infants and young children<1h.The Nagqu area is mainly autumn.Born,age 2-3 years old,pregnant women in the middle and late pregnancy,outdoor activity time<1h.Parents of infants and young children should be strengthened to widely publicize the prevention of vitamin D deficiency,and early intervention to prevent vitamin D deficiency.
