Objective:Objective to study the status of vitamin D nutrition and its influencing factors among pregnant women, prenatal and neonatal infants in Feixian County, and to analyze the relationship between prenatal maternal and neonatal vitamin D nutritional status and its influencing factors. Methods:Randomly selected from January 2016 to December-2016 in Feixian County people's Hospital for physical examination and childbirth of pregnant women and their births of 100 cases,as the object of study. The related information of pregnant women, the physical condition during pregnancy and the newborns after delivery were collected by questionnaires and medical records. The patients were sampled by consent, and serum vitamin D levels were detected by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Information on pregnancy, childbirth and newborn births is available from the health manual. The difference in maternal and neonatal vitamin D levels by multiple rank test, multivariate analysis using two classification logistic regression by Spearman correlation and partial correlation analysis between maternal and neonatal 25-(OH)D.Results:A total of 100 pregnant women and 100 corresponding neonates were included in this study. The results are as follows:1?The mean 25-(OH)D level of pregnant women was 16.92 ± 6.82 ng/ml,87% of pregnant women were deficient in vitamin D.2?The mean 25-(OH)D level in neonates was 16.92 ± 6.82 ng/ml,90% of neonates were deficient in vitamin D.3?There were obvious seasonal differences in the levels of 25-(OH)and D between the mother and the newborn. The average age was 14.73 ± 6.52ng/ml in winter and spring, and the average in summer and autumn was 18.41 ± 5.24ng/ml.4 ? In addition to seasonal factors, the addition of multivitamins and sunbathing during pregnancy helps maintain vitamin D levels during pregnancy.5?Maternal and newborn umbilical cord blood 25-(OH)D levels are positively correlated.Conclusions:1?Pregnant women and newborns in Feixian County have vitamin D deficiency or deficiency, and they are lower in winter and spring than in summer and autumn. This shows that pregnant women in the region should be properly supplemented with vitamin D and more sun during pregnancy,is conducive to maintaining vitamin D during pregnancy is at normal and reasonable level.2?Pregnant mother-neonatal 25-(OH)D levels were positively related, indicating that maternal vitamin D levels affect neonatal vitamin D levels.
