In recent years,with the improvement of people's living standard in our country,the deepening of economic reform,and for the doctor-patient relationship is one of the important part of social relations,the contradictions in the process of development gradually emerges,the doctor-patient relationship increasingly tense situation,main show is the distrust between patient and physician,medical complaints and medical dispute increased,medical alarm is often happened,nationwide,and even appear malignant injury medical fatal event.The occurrence of these phenomena,combined with large areas of the news media,hair length,and there is no effective communication between hospitals and patients,but also intensifies the doctor-patient contradiction between,the mistrust of the hospitals,doctors and social public opinion question,in the process of hospital and doctors in treating hand injury fear hands and feet,can't let go of treatment.Increasingly strained doctor-patient relationship problems,no doubt,and hospitals,patients and government parties groups have relations,more with our health care system,medical system and even the national related policy laws and flawed.However,the health care industry,especially in public hospitals as one of the window of the socialist harmonious society,as a direct executors of public services and social security system,the management system of scientific or not,is directly related to whether provide more high-quality medical service for patients,between doctor and patient is able to communicate effectively.Also is in this background,the author himself in Zhangjiakou DY public hospital work experience,determine the "doctor-patient relationship management research in China" under the perspective of public hospital this topic.The writing of this paper in combination with its own working experience at the same time,also refer to a large number of literatures,this paper discusses from four aspects,respectively is the doctor-patient relationship theories,Zhangjiakou DY hospital doctor-patient relationship status quo,problems and countermeasures are analyzed,and find the cause of the doctor-patient relationship,doctor-patient relationship is mainly affected by government policies,hospital management level,doctors,patients' consciousness of medical ethics and other related aspects,the influence of all of the problems and reasons,put forward the relevant countermeasures.
