| Objective: To probe into the curative effect differences between ultrasound-guided microwave ablation and surgical resection in the treatment of early alveolar hepatic echinococcosis.Method: 40 cases of patients with early alveolar hepatic echinococcosis treated in this hospital between June,2015 and June,2017 were analyzed retrospectively.There were 20 cases in the microwave group and 20 cases in surgery group on the basis of treatment method,the indicators such as TBIL,ALT,AST,PLT,WBC,HGB,ALB,the occurrence and relapses of postoperative complications on patients in both groups were analyzed.Results: 1.The differences of preoperative AST,ALT,TBIL,WBC,HGB,WBC and PLT in both groups had no statistical significances(P>0.05),the postoperative TBIL and PLT had no statistical significance in both groups(P>0.05),the postoperative ALT,AST and WBC in the microwave ablation group were apparently lower than that in surgical group(P<0.05)and the postoperative HGB and ALB in the microwave ablation group were obviously higher than that of surgical group(P<0.05).2.There were no complications like,postoperative infection,kidney failure,hepatic failure,bile leakage and hemorrhage etc.in the microwave ablation group;the 6 month and 1 year postoperative reexamination imaging prompted stable focal and there were no signs of relapse.There was one case of postoperative infection in the surgical group,there were no complications such as kidney failure,hepatic failure,bile leakage,hemorrhage and so on,and no cases of recurrence.3.There were apparent differences in aspects of postoperative hospital stay and total expense(P<0.05).Conclusion: Microwave ablation and surgical resection treatment early bubble type hepatic echinococcosis can achieve satisfied effect,it had advantages such as rapid postoperative recovery,short period of hospital stay and lower hospitalization expense etc.than the surgical resection. |
