Objective: Study of ultrasound guided microwave ablation on early hepatic alveolar echinococcosis treatment.Method: Clinical data of HAE( The diameter of lesions was 1.9~4.7(3.4 + 1.4) cm) patients treated with PMCT( PMCT needle temperature is 100 degrees centigrade, power 100W) in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University,The patients 1 months after treatment,6 months and 1 years of science imaging(CT) and to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment of postoperative complications. Results:Collected in 17 patients with HAE treated by PMCT, Microwave ablation therapy for postoperative imaging(CT) visible lesions showed varying degrees of coagulative necrosis; Visible necrotic zone, lesion ablation area with clear boundary without enhancement does not appear new vessels. Postoperative 1 month images(CT) microwave ablation zone is obviously increased, calcification increased than before; after 6 month microwave ablation area is less, calcification is obviously increased; postoperative 1 year lesions with calcification mainly, The lesions were stable, without increasing, and the surrounding visible necrotic zone.1 case appear abdominal pain,fever17 patients with abnormal liver function(ALT, AST, GGT) were not present with severe complications related to treatment. Conclusion: Microwave ablation has certain curative effect on the treatment of solitary lesions with diameter less than 5cm HAE, is a new method for the treatment of HAE...
