Objective:To explore the impact of the "Rehabilitation Outcome Management System" on the rehabilitation function outcomes, treatment waiting time, and satisfaction of both patients in the lumbar disc herniation of outpatient rehabilitation.Provide evidence-based basis for exploring a more efficient information system management model, and provide data support for the promotion of rehabilitation outcome management system.Materials and Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study,124 patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent outpatient rehabilitation in the Western Theater General Hospital from March 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into experimental groups(Rehabilitation Outcome Management System Group). The control group(conventional management group)was divided into two groups,62 in each group. All patients with lumbar disc herniation were collected and scored at the time of enrollment and 1 week after treatment. The assessment included pain visual analogue scale(VAS),lumbar spine JOA score, modified Barthel index assessment(MBI),and recorded each. The actual treatment time of the patient per day. Each patient was surveyed for satisfaction with rehabilitation after the end of treatment. Before the system is used, the medical staff's satisfaction survey on the routine rehabilitation management process is conducted;at the end of the trial, the satisfaction survey of the medical staff on the management process of the rehabilitation outcome management system is conducted. Results:There were no significant differences in gender, age, and duration of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 week of treatment, the VAS scores of the rehabilitation outcome system management group and the routine rehabilitation management group were lower than those of the group, and the JOA and MBI scores were higher than those of the group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the VAS,JOA,and MBI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the routine rehabilitation management group was 87.29%,and the total satisfaction of patients in the rehabilitation outcome managementsystem group was 94.19%.The total satisfaction of patients in the rehabilitation outcome management system group was higher than that in the conventional rehabilitation management group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of the medical staff on the routine rehabilitation management process was 73.00%,and the total satisfaction of the management process after the rehabilitation outcome management system was 91.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The median theoretical treatment time of the routine rehabilitation management group was 75 minutes, the median daily treatment time was 92 minutes, and the median theoretical treatment time of the rehabilitation outcome management system group was 80 minutes. The median daily treatment time was median. There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in the theoretical treatment time and the daily actual treatment time between the two groups(P>0.05).The average daily waiting time of the routine rehabilitation management group was 13.86 min,and the average daily waiting time of the rehabilitation management group was 8.97 min,a decrease of 4.89 min, that is,the daily waiting time for each lumbar disc herniation was 4.89 min.Academic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of the rehabilitation outcome management system is conducive to optimizing the process management of rehabilitation treatment for lumbar disc herniation. In the case of unreduced patient functional outcomes, work efficiency is improved, patient waiting time is reduced, and patient and medical staff satisfaction is improved.
