Objective: To explore the effect of understand and other factors on patients' satisfaction after PELD.Methods: Patients with preoperative disease awareness using self-made PELD understanding test questions,according to the score of patients into fail group,passing group,good group and excellent group.Collect other factors that may affect the patient's postoperative satisfaction,including gender,age,emotional status,only child,family income,education level,duration of the disease,the main symptoms,whether suffering from chronic diseases,medical settlement,preoperative heart state,Preoperative VAS and ODI and postoperative VAS and ODI.On the day of discharge,anonymous questionnaire was conducted on patient satisfaction as an index to evaluate postoperative satisfaction of patients.Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS 22.0 software.Statistical analysis,ANOVA,Kruskal-Walls H test,Mann-Whitney U test,Cronbach's coefficient test,KMO and Bartlett test,and Spearman rank correlation.The test level is set to 0.05.Results: A total of 46 patients were included in this study,with an average age of 51 ± 16.8 years(17-84 years),52% for males and 48% for females.The preoperative understanding of the disease,whether suffering from chronic diseases and postoperative ODI score is the main factor affecting the postoperative satisfaction with PELD surgery(P <0.05).According to the degree of preoperative disease awareness group,postoperative satisfaction in the excellent group,the passing group and good group no significant difference between the two groups,unsatisfactory group satisfaction with the other three groups were statistically significant.However,when the degree of preoperative awareness of patients reached a certain level,postoperative satisfaction will no longer increase with the preoperative awareness of increased.There was no statistically significant difference in postoperative efficacy between patients with different preoperative cognitive levels(p> 0.05).Conclusions: Patients with a high preoperative disease understanding,no chronic disease,and a low postoperative ODI score had high postoperative PELD satisfaction.
