Objective To explore the characteristics of chronic insomnia, and to analyze the correlation between different subtypes of chronic and insomnia anxiety and depression. Methods 62 patients with chronic insomnia who were admitted to the Department of Neurology,Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Hospital of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled. The general data(sex, age, work status, life schedule, duration, etc.)of the patients were recorded. The polysomnography(PSG)was used to objectively classify patients with chronic insomnia. After grouping according to different subtypes, the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(Self-rating Anxiety Scale)was performed on the third day after the completion of sleep monitoring.SAS),Self-rating Depressive Scale(SDS)assessment, statistical analysis of the comparison of anxiety and depression status of patients with chronic insomnia. Results 1.There were 62 patients with chronic insomnia, including 21 males(34.0%)and41 females(66.0%).The average age was 50.97±14.06 years old(18-75 years old).Currently,16workers(25.8%)are working, and 46 are unemployed.Case(74.2%);18 cases(29.0%)with regular lifestyle,44 cases(71.0%)with irregular working schedule, and 23 cases(37.1%)with less than 6 months(including 6 months),the course of disease exceeded 39 patients(62.9%)in 6months,26 patients(41.9%)with PSQI score below 15 points(including 15 points),and 36patients(51.8%)with scores above 15 points. After polysomnography, they fell asleep. There were 15 cases(24.2%)with difficulty,8 cases(12.9%)with early wake-up,21 cases(33.9%)with difficulty in maintenance, and 18 cases(29.0%)with mixed type.2.The incidence of anxiety and depression in patients with chronic insomnia in differentsubtypes was statistically significant(P<0.05).In patients with chronic insomnia of different subtypes, mixed symptom types were more likely to be associated with anxiety and depression.3.There was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety self-evaluation between patients with chronic insomnia in different subtypes(P>0.05),while the scores of self-evaluation of depression in different subtypes of chronic insomnia were statistically significant(P<0.05).After comparing the self-evaluation scores of depression, the mixed type score was the highest, and the difficulty score for falling into sleep was the lowest. Conclusion 1.The incidence of anxiety and depression in patients with different subtypes of chronic insomnia is different, and mixed type is more prone to anxiety and depression.2.Patients with different subtypes of chronic insomnia have different degrees of depression, and the degree of depression in mixed,maintenance-stable,and early-awake-type is more severe.
