Clinical Study On Distribution Characteristics Of TCM Syndrome Elements Before And After Treatment Of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding In Perimenopausal Period

Objective: this subject is to adopt the dialectical method,summarizes the menopausal transition in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding by sex hormones before and after treatment,the distribution and evolution characteristics of TCM syndrome factor,explicit sex hormones in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopausal side effects,for the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding with perimenopausal provide ideas and dialectical basis.Methods: a total of 91 cases with abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopmenopausal period were collected from the gynecological outpatient department and ward of jinjiang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated to fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine from July 8,2017-january 20,2016.Four diagnostic information collection table,as defined by the collection after sex hormones before and after treatment in patients with four diagnostic information,enter "syndrome factor identification-assessment-intervention system",it is concluded that all data evidence points,then all information will be built into the database,using Spss21.0 software for data analysis,discuss the results reflected in clinical guiding significance.Results:1.Before sex hormone therapy,the high frequency lesions of AUB patients were liver,cytoplasm,spleen,kidney,stomach and gallbladder;After sex hormone therapy,the liver,spleen,kidney,cytoplasm,stomach and lung were affected by high frequency.2.Before sex hormone therapy,the high-frequency diseases of AUB patients are qi stagnation,blood stasis,qi deficiency,blood deficiency,Yang deficiency,dampness,Yin deficiency,phlegm and heat.After sex hormone therapy,high frequency diseases are dampness,blood deficiency,qi deficiency,qi stagnation,Yang deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis,Yin deficiency and heat.3.Before the treatment with sex hormone,the main disease locus of AUB patients was kidney,liver,spleen,uterine cell,stomach and large intestine from high to low.After the treatment with sex hormone,the score of main disease loci was from high to low in spleen,liver,kidney,cytoplasm,stomach and surface.4.Before the sexual hormone therapy,the main disease syndromes of AUB patients were qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,blood deficiency,qi stagnation,heat,blood stasis and dampness from high to low;After the treatment with sex hormone,the main disease syndromes are qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis,Yang deficiency,Yang deficiency,dampness and heat from high to low.Conclusion:1.AUB disease is located in the cell palace,which is closely related to the functions of the kidney,spleen and liver,showing the characteristics of causal coherence,qi and blood diseases,and multiple organs involved;2.The main pathogenic elements of AUB before and after sex hormone therapy are qi deficiency,blood deficiency and Yang deficiency.3.There is a certain rule of syndrome element evolution before and after sex hormone therapy for AUB.During the decline of syndrome element integral of deficiency of qi,Yang and Yin,the syndrome element integral of dampness,phlegm,heat and Yin deficiency increases obviously,suggesting that the accumulation of dampness and phlegm production and fluid consumption may be side effects of sex hormones.
