Analysis Of The Correlation Factors Between Abnormal Uterine Bleeding And Endometrial Lesion In Perimenopausal Women

Purpose: since 1994,the world health organization(who)has recommended the use of the term "perimenopause" in favor of "menopause." Perimenopausal period has gradually become a hot topic in gynecology research in recent years.Methods: the clinical characteristics and all the medical history of 333 perimenopausal female patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university were retrospectively analyzed.Results: it was found that among 333 patients,87 patients had normal endometrium,accounting for 26.1%.There were 211 cases of benign endometrial lesions,including endometrial polyps(52 cases,15.6%),leiomyomas(19 cases,5.7%),endometrial simple hyperplasia(78 cases,23.4%),endometrial complex hyperplasia(28 cases,8.4%),and endometrial atypical hyperplasia(34 cases,10.2%).Endometrial cancer in 35 cases(10.5%),the single factor analysis of abnormal uterine bleeding in patients with perim enopausal related factors,found that age,BMI,production time,history of hypertension,intrauterine device,family history of tumor,uterine bleeding duration time,endometrial thickness,endometrial echo unequal situation,tumor markers associated with different disease in endometrial(P<0.05);According to the multivariate analysis,the effects of different age groups(40-45 years old,45-50 years old,50-55 years old)and endometrial thickness on benign and malignant degree of endometrial lesions were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: with the increase of the proportion of perimenopausal women,abnormal uterine bleeding is more and more common in perimenopausal women.Early detection of the relevant factors of the disease,according to these factors,the establishment of a good diagnosis andtreatment model,disease screening method is helpful to improve the quality of life of perimenopausal women.
