The Clinical Observation Of Linbitong Plaster For Preventing Poor Urination After Surgical Approach Of TST

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of linbitong plaster in the anorectal self-formulation of Fujian Provincial People's Hospital on preventing urinary dysfunction after TST,providing data support for the clinical application of leaching collateral paste,and finding more effective urinary dysfunction after prevention of mixed sputum TST Simple,safe,and no side effects,in order to improve the quality of life of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,reduce patient suffering,and reduce complications of urinary dysfunction.Methods:During the period from March 2018 to January 2019,the hospital was admitted to the Department of Anorectal Surgery of the Fujian Provincial People's Hospital.200 cases of mixed sputum TST after the inclusion of the standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group: linbitong plaster was applied to Shenque point therapy.Control group: external application of hot water bottle.The intraoperative to first urination interval,the first urination,the lower abdominal symptoms,the first urine output,the time required for the first urination,and the incidence of urinary flow rate and urinary insufficiency were observed.Results:(1)From the postoperative period to the first urination interval,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.000<0.05).The linbitong Acupoint application therapy can significantly shorten the postoperative time to the first urination time;(2)From the first postoperative urinary volume,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.039<0.05).The first time after treatment,the urinary output was significantly higher than that of the control group.This indicates that linbitong Acupoint application therapy can significantly improve postoperatively.The first urine output;(3)From the improvement of the first urinary condition after surgery,the first urinary status of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group(P=0.005<0.05),indicating that the linbitong Acupoint application therapy can be obvious.Improve the first urination;(4)From the effect of reducing the abdominal fullness during the first urination,the treatment group compared with the control group,there is a significant difference(P=0.010<0.05).This shows that linbitong Acupoint application therapy can be significantly improved Abdominal fullness after surgery;(5)From the time required to shorten the first urination,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.027<0.05).Explain that linbitong Acupoint application can significantly shorten the time required for first urination;(6)From the value of urinary flow rate of first urination after operation,there is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.007<0.05).Explain that linbitong Acupoint application therapy can significantly increase the value of urinary flow rate for the first urination,thereby improving the speed of urination and shortening the time of urination.(7)In the incidence of urinary insufficiency,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P=0.022<0.05),and it can be seen that the acupoint application therapy can reduce the postoperative urinary insufficiency.The incidence rate can effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative urinary insufficiency.Conclusion:(1)linbitong Acupoint application can significantly reduce the rate of catheterization,urinary pain,urinary incontinence,and improve the urinary dysfunction after surgery;(2)linbitong Acupoint application can effectively shorten the surgery After the first urination time,postoperative to urinary patency time;(3)The linbitong plaster application of Shenque acupoint therapy can reduce the incidence of urinary insufficiency after sputum operation,indicating that it can reduce the occurrence of urinary insufficiency and prevent postoperative dysuria.Therefore,in the prevention of urinary dysfunction after TST,linbitong plaster is a more effective,simple,safe and no side effect treatment.
