| Objective:This trial was designed to explore the efficacy and safety of Shenque point application and granule preparation of Herba Leonuri for vagina bleeding after medicfne abortion by clinical randomized controlled trial. The goal of this study was to provide a new method for clinic to prevent and cure vagina bleeding after medicine abortion.Methods:On the basis of principles of double blind and single simulation, multi-centre and randomized controlled trials, 240 outpatients were divided into two groups: granule preparation of Herba Leonuri (comparison group), Shenque Point application and granule preparation of Herba Leonuri(trial group). The former group was given granule preparation of Herba Leonuri 2 times and one piece of simulated Shenque Point application each day, while the later group was also given granule preparation of Herba Leonuri 2 times each day, and one piece of Shenque Point application each day. The period of treatment was 2 weeks. We observed the data for safety twice and the data for efficacy four times before and after treatment.Results:On the aspect of time control for vagina bleeding, the combined efficiency of trial group is 75.68 percent, while the comparison group is 46.96 percent. The trial group was better than the comparison group apparently. There were statistical differences between the two groups. Though both group have beneficial effect on clinical manifestations after treatment, the trial group was still better than the comparison group.Conclusion: The present trail indicates that the time of vagina bleeding in Shenque point application group was shorten apparently. Both group have beneficial effect on a great quantity of bleeding , dark and thickness of blood, lower abdomen pain, but Shenque Point application and granule preparation of Herba Leonuri was more powerful than granule preparation of Herba Leonuri treatment. |
