Through The Temple Administration Of Shenque With Chronic Alcoholic Liver Injury In Rat Serum Sod, Mda, Ggt Impact

Objective To observe the effects of Chinese medicine cake on ShenQue(PM 8)acu-point on the activity of SOD,MDA,and GGT in the blood serum in the alcoholic liver disease rats. Method 40 adultrats were randomly divided into 4 groups(10 rats/group): healthy group, ALD group, ALD group treated with Chinese medicine cake on ShenQue , ALD group treated with cake without Chinese medicine on ShenQue. Results The activity of SOD in the blood serum in the AID rats treated with Chinese medicine cake were increased ,as well as the content of MDA in the blood serum and the activity of GOT were decreased. Conclusion Chinese medicine cake on ShenQue has some some positive effects of protecting ALD.
