| Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of external application of clearing away heat and relieving paralysis in the acupuncture treatment of Acute Gouty ArthritisDamp-Heat Syndrome.Method:Collect 66 patients with AGA who were treated in the hospital from January10,2018 to January10,2019.Finally,62 cases of them were participated in the clinical observation experiment,4 patients were shed.According to the randomized control principle,it was divided into 32 patients in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The patients in the control group were treated with 100 mg of Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-Release Tablets once a day and 7days is a course of treatment.The patients in the treatment group were treated with clearing away Heat and relieve bi.Before and after treatment,observing two sets of data,including The scores of arthritis,TCM syndrome score,Creactive protein(CRP),blood uric acid(UA),safety indicators and adverse reactions.After the above data is collected,the two sets of data will be analyzed for effectiveness and difference by SPASS 24.0.Results: The experiment adopt 66 patients totally,all of which complete Clinical trial observation.4 patients were shed,including 1 patients of the treatment group and 3 patients of the control group.The treatment group are cured by taking Diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets and control group are cured by clearing away heat and relieving paralysis.(1)Before treatment,two sets of data have no difference of statistics(P>0.05)with(2)comparability.Overall clinical therapeutic effect:After 7 days' treatment,treatment group's total effective rate is 87.5% and control group's total effective rate is 73.33%,which have the statistical significance.It explains that(3)overall curative effect is superior to the control group.The scores of arthritis:After treatment,the internal group score of arthritis ache,arthritis tenderness,arthritis Swelling,arthritis reaction restrict and arthritis islower than the before treatment,which has difference of statistics.Comparing with two groups,the improvement of treatment group's arthritis ache,arthritis tenderness,arthritis Swelling and arthritis total score is better than control group obviously,and the arthritis Swelling's has no distinct difference(P>0.05).It explains that the total score of treatment group in improving arthritis ache,arthritis Swelling and arthritis is superior to control(4)group.TCM syndrome score:The internal group comparison and between group comparison of two sets of TCM syndrome score has statistical significance(P>0.05).It explains that two sets of TCM syndrome score have been improved comparing with the before treatment,and the improvement of treatment group is obviously better than the control group's.(5)Laboratory indicators:After treatment,the internal group comparison of two sets' CRP& UA values has statistical significance(P>0.05)and the between group comparison has no obvious difference of statistics(P>0.05).It explains that it can improve the CRP& UA values but it has no obvious difference in reduce the CRP&UA values,in other words,two sets' curative effect is equal.(6)Safety indicators:In addition to the decrease in white blood cell count before treatment,the safety indicators of the two groups showed no significant difference.The between group comparison of adverse issues reaction has obvious difference(P<0.05).The security of treatment group is superior to the control group.Conclusion: This paper compare the before and after treatment score of CRP,blood uric acid,CM syndrome and arthritis and then perform statistical analysis.It proves that clearing away heat and relieving paralysis in the acupuncture treatment of AGA patients could effectively improve patients 'arthritis and TCM syndrome,reduce CRP.The clinical curative effect is superior to control group with high safety.It is worthy of further study and promotion. |
