Objective: The data on hypertension management were collected from 4 community healthcare centers in Longhua District of Haikou City for statistic analysis,in order to get to know the blood pressure control situation and medication characteristics of patients with hypertension in community of Haikou City;the established family health files of patients with hypertension in community of Haikou City were used to perform continuous and accessible home visits and questionnaire surveys, understand the general medical satisfaction of community residents, and comprehensively evaluate the integrated control efficacy of individualized health education on patients with hypertension in community;the current hypertension management status of community and its factors affecting the work to be carried out were discussed to provide certain theoretical bases for further promoting hypertension control work in community of Haikou City. Methods: Random sampling was used to select 200 hypertension patients from the chronic disease management files of 4 healthcare centers in Longhua District of Haikou City and then analyze the current hypertension control status of community. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: an experimental group including100 patients for general medical intervention;a control group including 100 patients for self management. After the follow-up of 6 months, the effect of general medical intervention for hypertension control was analyzed and summarized. Results: The blood pressure control rate of the hypertension patients after accepting community health management is 37.5%,wherein 23% of them are with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.2.Medication characteristics of community: Five categories of antihypertensive drugs are relatively complete, wherein CCB is mostly used;the joint use rate of compound preparations is low;the drug combination scheme is not reasonable;some patients are unwilling to take medicine or voluntarily stop taking medicine.3.After general medical intervention, the mean blood pressure in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group;the weight,high-salt diet and lack of exercise of the patients in the intervention group are improved than before the intervention;the medication compliance, efficacy satisfaction of the patients in the intervention group are obviously higher than that in the control group. Conclusions: 1.The hypertension control of communality is still not ideal.2.Reasonable use of antihypertensive drugs should still be improved.3.The measure of general medical intervention is good for controlling the blood pressure of patients.
