Research On Community Health Education Of Elderly Hypertension In Wuhua District Of Kunming City

With the accelerated process of social aging in our country,the surge in the number of elderly population,the incidence of hypertension in elderly groups increased year by year,high blood pressure easily lead to a variety of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,not only a serious threat to the health of elderly patients,Family to bring a heavy burden of disease,concerned about the health of the elderly is the responsibility of society,prevention and treatment of hypertension to maintain social stability is of great significance.Community health education can popularize the knowledge of hypertension prevention and treatment,improve the awareness rate of hypertension,control rate and treatment rate of the elderly group,reduce the risk of hypertension and prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications.Through the field survey of health education needs and process of elderly hypertensive patients in Wuhua District of Kunming City,the health education service of elderly hypertensive community in Kunming was comprehensively analyzed,and SWOT analysis was used to analyze the problems and development trend of health education in elderly hypertensive community To explore the countermeasures of health education for the elderly in the elderly in China,and to provide reference for the future health education of Kunming.Using the questionnaire survey,we got the data about the health education needs of the hypertensive patients and the knowledge of the knowledge of hypertension.We used the interview method to understand the process of hypertension health education.Through the data and data collation and analysis found that:elderly patients with high blood pressure health education needs,and high awareness of health knowledge of hypertension is not high,attitude and behavior are still biased,the disease psychology and community health education needs inherent Social health service personnel in the process of health education has an important position,its professional skills and health literacy will have an impact on the organization and development of health education,in general,the overall professional quality of community health services is not high,to provide community hypertension Health education services and limited capacity.In this part,according to the research fact,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects:considering the characteristics of patients' needs,health management mode,health service talent management and training and diversified cooperation mode.
