Digital medical care has gradually become the main direction of hospital information construction development.As an important part of digital medical treatment,the digital ward system is a "patient-centered" service software and hardware system,which helps hospitals achieve the goal of overall care and active care.It is an extension of the National Development and Reform Commission's work on speeding up the acceptance of new medical service price projects.It can further optimize hospital service procedures and improve patient medical experience,promote medical and health reform,implement mass education routes,and enable people to truly experience the effects of medical reforms.It is of great significance to improve the harmony between social doctors and patients in society.At present,the problems of automatic collection and remote monitoring of patient care data,vital signs and other data need to be solved urgently.Thousands of data need to respond and communicate in real time,and cross-ward data needs to be shared.The applicability and expansion of the current solutions are not enough,and they are relatively fragmented and not comprehensive.Based on the current status and practical application of digital ward,this topic proposes a set of solutions for hospital clinical big data and remote monitoring,focusing on the collection,transmission and centralized monitoring of medical data.The research content of this paper includes the following aspects:Firstly,the feasibility and application requirements of system development are analyzed.Combined with the user requirements of the system,the design goals that the system should achieve are determined.The system design method for centralized monitoring and clinical data collection and transmission of digital ward is proposed.At the same time,Various functional modules of the system are reasonable planned.Then,based on the analysis of system feasibility and requirements,the system development scheme based on Netty communication architecture,JSON crossplatform data transmission format and WPF software design framework is proposed,and the overall architecture of system design is established.The functional modules of the system are realized,which mainly comprises constructing a data communication module between the client and the server through a custom network communication protocol,realizing the response,forwarding and storage function of the server to the message according to the field of the internal data protocol,and the infusion platform and the monitoring platform client.Finally,through testing,the monitoring system can solve the problem of high concurrency and reliable transmission of data in the digital ward,meet the design requirements and achieve the established functions.It has the advantages of remote visualization,multi-function,high concurrency,easy expansion,and high reliability.At the same time,the system has been implemented in a top three hospitals,which has been well received by doctors and patients,significantly improving work efficiency and greatly promoting the modernization of digital medical care.
