Purpose:To investigate the incidence of retinopathy of prematurity and the related high risk factors of ROP.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2017,280 premature infants with gestational age less than 37w or birth body mass less than 2000g hospitalized in the neonatal department of the affiliated hospital of yan'an university were selected.According to the screening results, the morbidity was calculated and divided into 25 cases in the ROP group and 255 cases in the ROP group.Respectively on two groups of children with gestational age, weight, sex, oxygen, respiratory distress syndrome?neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,NRDS?,mechanical ventilation, premature rupture of membranes?premature rupture of the be,PROM?,mode of dilivery, neonatal asphyxia, multiple pregnancies, neonatal pneumonia,Gestational hypertension, neonatal anemia, the use of sedatives and other factors in correlation analysis.Factors with statistical significance were selected for multivariate logistic regression analysis to explore the risk factors related to ROP.SPSS24.0 software was used to analyze the results.Results:1.The gestational age of premature infants in this study is 29+236+6weeks;Birth weight:10001990 g.Gestational age was 2829+6 weeks in 1 case,3031+6 weeks in 25 cases,3233+6weeks in 66 cases,?34 weeks in 188 cases. There were 8011000g2 cases,10011200g10 cases,12011400g47 cases,14011600g97cases,16011800g86 cases, and 18012000g38 cases.Among the screening results, there were 25 patients with ROP and 255 without ROP,with a prevalence of 8.93%.2.Unifactorial analysis showed that ROP was correlated with gestational age?t=-7.460,P<0.001?,weight?t=-6.719,P<0.001?,oxygen absorption??2=6.009,P=0.014?,mechanical ventilation??2=-33.465,P<0.001?,and respiratory distress syndrome??2=18.857,P<0.001?,with statistically significant differences.3.The results of unifactorial analysis showed that the incidence of ROP in males??2=0.077,=0.781?,mode of delivery?cesarean section???2=0.075,P=0.784?,asphyxia of neonatorum??2=1.032,P=0.310?,premature rupture of membranes??2=0.639,P=0.681?,multiple pregnancies??2=0.169,P=0.681?,pneumonia of neonatorum??2=1.497,P=0.221?,pregnancy induced hypertension??2=0.888,P=0.346?,and anemia of neonatorum??2=1.238,P=0.266?,sedatives??2=0.075,P=0.784?had no significant correlation, and the differences were not statistically significant.4.Multiple factors analysis, gestational age?B=1.042,P<0.001,OR=2.836?,birth weight?B=0.008,P<0.001,OR=1.008?and oxygen?B=3.898,P=0.001,OR=0.020?,respiratory distress syndrome?B=4.186,P<0.001,OR=0.015?associated with the onset of ROP,gestational age, body weight of the ROP protective factors, oxygen, respiratory distress risk factors for ROP.Conclusion:1.The prevalence of ROP was 8.93%.2.In the unifactorial analysis, retinopathy of prematurity was correlated with gestational age, body weight, oxygen intake, mechanical ventilation and respiratory distress syndrome, and the differences were statistically significant. There was no significant correlation with gender, mode of production, neonatal asphyxia, premature rupture of membranes, multiple pregnancies, neonatal pneumonia, pregnant hypertension, neonatal anemia, and the application of sedatives, and the difference was not statistically significant.3.Gestational age, birth weight, oxygen intake and respiratory distress syndrome are correlated with the incidence of ROP.Gestational age and body weight are protective factors for the occurrence of ROP,while oxygen intake and respiratory distress are risk factors for the occurrence of ROP.
