Objective To explore the incidence and clinical analysis of bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)in preterm infants with different gestational age. Methods The incidence of BPD in preterm infants in recent one year was analysed retrospectively.Clinical features was compared among mild, moderate, severe BPD.Results In 1076 preterm infants,BPD occured in 148 infants(13.8%).The incidence of BPD in preterm infats with different gestational age were 74.3%(<28 weeks)?53.5%(28-30weeks)?14.2%(30-32 weeks)?1.1%(>32 weeks). There were 122 cases of mild and moderate BPD,26 cases of severe BPD.There were statistically significant differences in the gestational age, birth weight, oxygen inhalation time, mechanical ventilation time, hospitalization time, hospital expenses between severe BPD and mild, moderate BPD.The incidence of pathological gastroesophageal reflux was statistically significant difference among children with different severity of BPD.The number of using corticosteroid antepartum severe BPD was lower than mild, moderate BPD and the incidence of preterm infant related complications were higher in severe BPD comparing to mild, moderate BPD,but only ROP and NEC were statistically differences. Conclusions The incidence of BPD is related with GA.The incidence of BPD increased with smaller gestational age.The more severe BPD has higher incidence of pathological gastroesophageal reflux.
