Application Of Fast Track Surgery In Perioperative Nursing Of Patients With Tibiofibular Fracture

Objectives:To explore the application effect of perioperative nursing measures in patients with tibiofibula fracture after Fast Track Surgery.Methods:Sixty patients with elective surgery for tibiofibular fractures admitted to our department from February 2018 to December 2018 were selected,the control group consisted of 30 patients who met the inclusion criteria from February 2018 to July 2018and the intervention group consisted of 30 patients who met the inclusion criteria from July to December 2018.The intervention group used perioperative nursing measures for Fast Track Surgery,and the traditional group used perioperative care.Collect general information of patients,Numerial Rating Scale(NRS)was used to evaluate the postoperative pain of two groups of patients at 6 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h,The time of exhaust and the incidence of complications during hospitalization were observed and recorded,and calculated the length of hospital stay,cost and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis.The comparison between the two groups of measurement data was compared by two independent samples t test,and the count data was analyzed by?~2 test.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)The pain scores of the control group at 6 h and 24 h after operation were(3.90±0.55,3.57±0.68).There was no significant difference between the intervention group(3.97±0.61 and 3.50±0.51)(P>0.05).The pain scores of the control group at 48 h and 72 h(4.7±0.58,3.83±0.46)were significantly higher than those of the intervention group(2.97±0.32,2.53±0.51)(P<0.05).The exhaust time in the intervention group(16.90±3.24)was earlier than that in the control group(21.17±3.37),and the difference was statistically signific-ant(P<0.05).(3)The total complication rate of the intervention group was 6.67%,the hospitalizati-on time(20.10±11.90 d)and the hospitalization cost(3.38±0.47 wan yuan)were lower t-han the control group(33.33%,29.87±5.07 d,2.66±1.42wan yuan).The difference was st-atistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The nursing satisfaction of patients in the intervention group(124.20±8.18) was higher than that of the control group(101.70±14.49)during hospitalization,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing measures of Fast Track Surgery can effectively shorten the exhaust time of patients with tibiofibular fracture,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,reduce postoperative pain,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.Reduced hospitalization costs and length of stay.
