| Objective To explore the effect of fast track surgery nursing on patient with calcaneal fractures about perioperative pain, patients'satisfactory degree and compliance to the rehabilitation.Methods From March 2016 to September 2016,54 cases of calcaneal fractures treated by open reduction and internal fixation were included in this study. The patients were randomize into two groups. The control group contains 27 patients that received conventional perioperative nursing. The experimental group contains 27 patients that received fast track surgery nursing. The pain scores were evaluated at 24h after hospitalization,24h,48h, and 72h postoperative. Satisfaction surveys were gained when the patients were discharged from hospital. All the data were analyzed and compared using SPSS 19.0.Results 1. General data there is no statistical difference between two groups in terms of general data such as gender, age, cultural degree, fracture type(P> 0.05).2. Pain scores the pain scores at 24h after hospitalization, and 24h,48h,72h postoperative were 2.26±1.14,2.28±1.09,1.56±1.12 and 0.67±0.62 respectively in experimental group, which were significantly lower than the score in the control group of 5.14±1.45,5.78±1.32,3.72±1.58, and 2.43±1.30 (P< 0.05).3. Patients' satisfaction degree the patients' satisfaction degree in the experimental group (85.01±9.11) were significantly higher than that in the control group (72.44±13.04) (t test, P< 0.05).4. Compliance to rehabilitation the rate of compliance to rehabilitation at one week postoperative were 85.2% in the experiental group and 51.9% in the control group.(X2 test, P<0.05)Conclusion Fast-track Surgery Nursing can relieve perioperative pain, improve patients' satisfaction degree to the nursing job, and promote patients'compliance to rehabilitation, which eventually shortens the recovery time. |
