Prevention And Solution Of Medical Violence Conflicts On Crisis Management Theory

Recently,medical violence conflicts could be seen everywhere and every year and the frequency keeps ascending.The violent doctor-patient relationship attracted public's attention.The occurrence of this kind of violent events jeopardizes people's rights of health potentially,disturbs medical order,and leads to serious impact on public.Meanwhile,public media exaggerating the truth obstructs medical organizations from resolving these conflicts appropriately.Under this huge burden,while lack of solutions of prevention or resolution,medical organizations would fall into a vicious circle without dealing with it thoroughly.Based on crisis management,this study researched on prevention and solutions of medical violence conflicts.Medical violence conflicts are considered as one type of social crisis in this study with crisis management introduced into this situation.On the fundamental of crisis cycle theory,enhancing crisis management of medical organizations and building up an impeccable system dealing with medical violence conflicts are put forward.As well as theory study,typical examples in Hangzhou were included while related staffs were interviewed to conclude a systematic scheme by comprehensive analysis method.On the fundamental of crisis cycle theory,this study divided the management of medical violence conflicts into four stages.During crisis latent period,crisis warning mechanism is developed and service quality is accelerated.Afterwards during crisis outbreak period,appreciate crisis control and public opinion guidance,link government and social media to exert together.During crisis solving period,confront mistakes made by medical organizations,implement public opinion supervision,boost the ability of mastering dynamic information and making rational decisions.During crisis resolution period,attach attention to reflection and conclusion,establish a longterm crisis management mechanism with this experience.
