Expression Of TNF-? And Neuritin In Serum Of Patiens With Extremities Fracture Combined With Spinal Cord Injury And Its Clinical Significance Summary

Objective:To observe the changes of serum TNF-? and neuritin in peripheral blood seru m of patients with extremities fractures complicated with spinal cord injury(SCI)at different time points,To investigate the mechanism of tumor necrosis factor-? and Neuritin in spinal cord injury of extremities fracture.Methods:From May 2016 to April 2017,42 patients with simple fracture(simple fractur e group)and 26 patients with simple spinal cord injury(simple spinal cord injury group)were enrolled in the Youjiang Medical College Affiliated Hospital and Baise People's Hospital.),30 cases of limb fracture with spinal cord injury(limb fracture with spinal cord injury group);t he same period selected 48 cases in the Youjiang Medical College Affiliated Hospital Medical Center physical examination of healthy people(normal group).Serum levels of TNF-? and N euritin were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in patients with simpl e fracture group,simple spinal cord injury group and limb fracture with spinal cord injury gro up at 3,7,14 days after operation,Group in the expression level,comparing the differences in concentration between the four groups at different time points.Results:Limb fracture complicated with spinal cord injury group,spinal cord injury group and fracture group TNF-alpha and Neuritin level on the third day after operation increased gradually,reached the peak at seventh days after operation,and gradually decline over time;compared with the normal group,fracture group,simple group of spinal cord injury and limbs fracture expression of serum 3,7,14 TNF-alpha and Neuritin group after spinalcord injury were higher than the normal group,the differences were statistically significant,P< 0.05;and 3,7,14 modified limb fracture days of serum TNF-? and Neuritin content of spinal cord injury group after operation The changes were higher than the simple fracture group at the same time point and the spinal cord injury group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The change frequency of Neuritin is more obvious than that of TNF-?.Conclusion:The serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-? and Neuritin in patients with spinal cord injury and fracture of extremities could be significantly changed.It may be related to the involvement of tumor necrosis factor-? and Neuritin in fracture healing and repair after spinal cord injury at different stages,As to how to influence or how to participate in the mechanism is not clear.
