| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of the domperidone for postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome of gastric cancer.Methods: Besides routine treatment,14 patients in observation group were treated with domperidone and the control group with 12 patients were only given routine treatment. The role of two methods on post- operation patients with gastroparasis was analyzed by the time of gastric-intestine function restoration and normal diet restoration. Statistical significance was assessed by pared t-test using SPSS11.5 software. P values< 0.5 were considered statistically significantResults: The time of restoration of gurgling sound and normal diet in observation group were shorter than control group. There was a remarkable difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion : Domperidone could improve the restoration of the gastric-intestine function and treat gastroparesis effectively. |
