| Objective: using the method of replenishing qi detoxification improve patients quality of life of patients with clinical research,through the observation of the patients with quality of life in patients with the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms improved inhibition rate of adverse reaction during chemotherapy in patients with tumor markers,and weight before and after the change,for the clinical treatment of patients with traditional Chinese and western medicine,and provide guidance to improve patients' quality of life.Methods: Sixty patients with stage III and IV esophageal cancer who met the criteria were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.The control group received PF regimen alone(DDP 100mg/m2 intravenous infusion,first day +5-FU 1000mg/m2 intravenous infusion,day 1-5),28 days for 1 cycle,3-4 cycles for 1 For a course of treatment,a total of 4 cycles,during chemotherapy,in the case of chemotherapy,hydration and diuretic treatment,symptomatic treatment when needed.The treatment group used the traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Qingdu method combined with PF program,the regimen was the same as the control group,and the basic prescription of Chinese medicine was Sijunzi Decoction:Codonopsis 30 g,Baizhu 12 g,Poria cocos 12 g,liquorice 10 g,astragalus membranaceus 30 g,Armor 30 g,Heavy Building 6g,Scutellaria barbata 30 g,Hedyotis diffusa 30 g,vine root 30 g,swollen wind,Bupleurum 10 g with the addition and subtraction of the card;such as sputum vomiting add Rotary complex flower or substitute meteorite,add Pinellia,tangerine peel can strengthen phlegm The effect,ginger,jujube reduction and vomiting;apply to more mouth vomiting;dry mouth constipation plus yoghurt,sand ginseng nourishing yin and moistening;stagnant internal stop plus peach kernel,safflower,blood circulation,Add triangular,pangolin to help break the effect of nodule;1 dose per day,two decoctions,each time to take 180ml-200 ml,1 month for 1 course,rest for 3 days to continue the next course,even Take 4 courses of treatment.The tumor markers CEA,quality of life,improvement of clinical symptoms of TCM,and changes of body weight before and after the treatment were observed and compared.Results:1.The effective rate of TCM syndrome was 75.9% higher than that of the control group(55.2%),which showed that TCM Yiqi Qingdu method had a good effect on the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with advanced esophageal cancer.2.In comparison of the quality of life,the number of patients in the treatment group with Yiqi Qingdu method was 16 cases,which was significantly higher than that in the simple chemotherapy group(6 cases).Moreover,the rate of improvement of stability in the treatment group was 93.1% and that in the control group was only 65.5%.After treatment,the weight gain rate of the treatment group was 75.9%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(58.6%).And the weight of the two groups after treatment was analyzed by statistical software.Floating,found floating changes have statistical significance.4.In the comparison of tumor markers,the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing CEA,the difference was statistically significant.5.In the side effects of chemotherapy,the treatment group using Yiqi Qingdu method can effectively inhibit the side effects of chemotherapy on white blood cells,hemoglobin and ALT.Conclusion: Yiqi Qingdu therapy can improve the quality of life of patients with advanced esophageal cancer,improve the clinical symptomsof TCM and improve the body weight of patients.It can better inhibit the occurrence of toxic and side effects during chemotherapy and reduce tumor markers.CEA level,and has a high safety factor,it is worthy of further reference research by medical scientists. |
