| Objective: to analyze and compare the nonunion rate of fracture,the necrosis rate of femoral head and the influence of hip joint movement function after the clinical operation of femoral neck fracture treated by hollow nail combined with huoxue tongluo decoction.To explore the clinical application value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of orthopaedic diseases.Methods: 60 patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to the joint orthopaedics department of jiangxi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,a control group and a treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was only fixed with cannulated nails.The treatment group was treated with huoxue tongluo decoction on the basis of hollow nail.By observing the postoperative hip joint movement and imaging changes of the patients,analyzing and comparing the nonunion rate of fracture,the necrosis rate of femoral head,and the hip joint movement function,the postoperative efficacy value of traditional Chinese medicine for femoral neck fracture was analyzed.Results:Nonunion rate of fracture: cannulated nail combined with huoxue tongluo decoction group is better than the cannulated nail group;Necrosis rate of femoral head: cannulated nail combined with huoxue tongluo decoction group was better than the cannulated nail group;Postoperative hip joint function evaluation: cannulated nail combined with huoxue tongluo decoction group was superior to the cannulated nail group.Conclusion: the clinical curative effect showed that cannulated nailing combined with huoxue tongluo decoction could promote the fracture healing,reduce the necrosis rate of femoral head,and improve the hip joint function better than cannulated nailing alone in the treatment of femoral neck fracture. |
