By grouping theΧ2 inspection and Logistic multi-factor regression analysis, the mainly related factors of femoral ischemia necrosis is Garden classification (P<0.05) and reset quality (P<0.05).Conclusion:Fracture type Garden points is main factor affection of the femoral ischemia necrosis, and Reduction of Garden index is big effect of the avascular necrosis.
