Research On The Theory Of Differentiation And Treatment Of Wu Jutong's Emergency

Objective:Through sorting out the contents of Chinese medicine emergencies in Wu Jutong Medical Complete Book,this paper chooses five emergencies as the research contents,including hyperthermia,hemorrhage,mental disorders,convulsion and dysentery.The frequency of Wu Jutong's emergency medication was analyzed,and then his theory and thought of emergency differentiation and treatment were discussed,in order to guide clinical practice and promote the development of emergency theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the improvement of clinical efficacy.Methods:Sorting out the data,establishing the original database,using Excel to count the frequency of drugs in the database,and study the characteristics of Wu Jutong's emergency medicine differentiation and treatment.By using the method of documentary research and combining with relevant data,the articles and medical cases were selected and interpreted,the syndrome types,treatment methods and prescriptions were refined,and Wu Jutong's theory of differentiating and treating emergencies was discussed,and Wu Jutong's thought of differentiating and treating emergencies was summarized.Results:In the study of emergency medication,the frequency analysis showed that 66 ingredients of drugs were involved in hyperthermia,with a total frequency of 264;119 ingredients of drugs were involved in hemorrhage,with a total frequency of 779;127 ingredients of drugs were involved in mental disorders,with a total frequency of 1171;129 ingredients of drugs were involved in convulsions,with a total frequency of 745;111ingredients of drugs were involved in dysentery,with a total frequency of 852;It involves 225 ingredients of drugs,with a total frequency of3811.According to the statistics of all emergency high-frequency drugs,the top 10 drugs were Liquorice,Ophiopogon japonicus,Rehmannia glutinosa,Radix paeoniae alba,Radix Scutellariae,Cortex Moutan,Forsythia suspense,Honeysuckle,Radix Scrophulariae and Goldthread.Frequency analysis of the four properties,five tastes and channel tropism of high frequency drugs showed that the four properties of drugs was cold property of drug,accounting for 52.6% of the total frequency of the four properties of high frequency drugs.The five tastes are mainly sweet,bitter and spicy,accounting for 85.1% of the total frequency of high frequency drugs.Lung,stomach and spleen meridians are the main meridians,accounting for 52.9% of the total frequency of high frequency drugs.Wu Jutong's five major emergencies are related to syndrome differentiation and treatment,Hyperthermia is including Syndrome of pathogenic heat obstructing the lung,syndrome of excessive qi-heat,syndrome of phlegm-heat accumulated in chest,syndrome of heat accumulation in dampness.Hemorrhage is including syndrome of stagnation of liver and blood stasis,syndrome of liver-fire invading lung and syndrome of deficiency of Spleen-Yang;syndrome of flaring heat in qifen and xuefen,syndrome of toxic prosperity of lung and stomach,syndrome of heat toxin entering yingfen.Mental disorders is including syndrome of summer heat entering heart yingfen,syndrome of heat poisoning and incandescence,syndrome of dampness and turbid conceal pericardial,syndrome of medium burning and drying,turbid heat disturbing the heart,syndrome mistreatment of febrile diseases,evil into the pericardium.Convulsion is including syndrome of heat exuberance and wind disturbance,syndrome of yin deficiency and pneumonia,syndrome of cold-dampness stagnation of spleen.Dysentery is including syndrome of damp-heat retention of intestine,syndrome of heat poisoning and intestinal obstruction,syndrome of excess cold accumulation,syndrome of gastrointestinal deficiency and cold,syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney in chronic dysentery.Conclusions:1.Through the study of Wu Jutong's emergency medication,it was found that Wu's five major emergency medication laws were bitter cold,sweet cold,bitter cold to clear heat,sweet cold to nourish Yin;the effect of clearing heat,nourishing yin,penetrating evil throughout,clearing heat and not forgetting nourishing yin,nourishing yin and not forgetting evil.It has certain guiding significance for guiding the differentiation and treatment of Chinese medicine emergencies and medication.2.According to the contents of Wu Jutong's medical works,five types of syndrome differentiation and treatment of emergencies are summarized,which can provide reference for guiding clinical differentiation of symptoms and signs.3.The characteristics of Wu Jutong's emergency treatment are discussed on the basis of the study of the law of emergency medication,Distinguish between tepidity and humidity;Care for yin fluid whole course;Liver-soothing and liver-clearing for hematemesis;Treatment of macular by cooling blood and penetration of toxin;Angong Niuhuang Pill and Zixue Powder for inducing resuscitation;Differentiation of deficiency syndrome and actual syndrome in stopping wind to stop spasms;Qi-regulating mechanism is the key to the treatment of dysentery;Decoction and administration of TCM and post-medication nursing is important.
