Discussion On The Characteristics And Achivements Of Tongue Inspection Of The Xujiang Famous Doctor Based On Ao Shi Shang Han Jin Jing Lu

Objective: Discussion on the characteristics and achivements of tongue inspection of the Xujiang famous doctor,provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: This study systematically collates the contents of tongue inspection of the representative Xujiang doctors based on Ao shi shang han jin jing lu,they are Chen Zi-ming,Wei Yi-lin,Gong Ting-xian,Li Chan,Gong Ju-zhong,the representative works are Fu ren Da quan Liang Fang,Shi Yi De Xiao Fang,Shou shi Bao yuan,Hon lu Dian xue,Yi xue Ru men,Wai ke Jing yao and so on.This paper mainly collates,compares,analyses and elucidates the literature materials from four aspects: Ao shi shang han jin jing lu and its academic thought,the academic content and characteristics of tongue inspection of the Xujiang doctors,Xujiang tongue inspection academic features and achievements,tongue inspection clinical application.Results: Based on Ao shi shang han jin jing lu,the academic thought of tongue inspection of the Xujiang doctors has a certain degree of inheritance and expansion.Xujiang doctors are good at classifying,observing and synthetically analyzing tongue texture and the tongue coating from many aspects,syndrome differentiation and treatment of tongue,pulse and symptoms.They came up with tongue color is an important diagnosis and treatment method for pregnant and lying-in women.Pay attention to the clinical significance of tongue coating in different parts of tongue body.Put forward the specific tongue manifestations of various black coating and its disease cause and pathogenesis,the black entrance is dangerous.Pointed out the clinical significance of the dynamic changes of tongue coating,pay attention to children's motility of tongue and observe sublingual vein.The change of tongue color and tongue form can give positive and negative feedback to the treatment and curative effect.The prognosis of the disease can be inferred according to different tongue manifestation,motility of tongue such as stiff tongue is an important basis for prognosis judgment.It is pointed out that not only the combination of tongue,pulse and symptoms can guide clinical medication,but also only the treatment method of tongue manifestation can be used,improve the curative effect by diversified diagnosis and treatment.On the basis of Ao's tongue inspection,Xujiang doctor have extended the clinical application of tongue diagnosis from the internal medicine,external medicine,gynecology and pediatrics.Conclusion: Xujiang doctors have developed the contents of identifying diseases,treating diseases,evaluating curative effect and judging prognosis based on tongue inspection,enriching the theoretical system of tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine,expanded the scope of clinical application of tongue inspection theory,it provides a useful reference for future research.
