Collection And Study On Academic Thoughts Of Liu Liuqiao,A Famous Doctor In Guangxi During The Republic Of China

Objective: This paper systematically studies the life story,works and medical records of Liu liuqiao,a famous doctor of Guangxi during Republic of China,to excavate his academic thoughts and clinical characteristics,to enrich the relevant contents of Guangxi medicine,and to promote the inheritance and development of the clinical experience of senior Guangxi TCM doctors.Methods: By searching electronic databases,consulting books,visiting local libraries,on-the-spot investigation,visiting people familiar with the situation,collecting and sorting out the literature and making research and analysis,Liu Liuqiao’s related deeds,works,medical records and articles were fully sorted out and excavated by making full use of the theories and methods of philology,history,archaeology,various theories of traditional Chinese medicine and other disciplines.Results: During the Republic of China,Guangxi famous doctor Liu Liuqiao compiled medical works such as " Lectures on Typhoid Fever"," Lectures on Gynecology"," Lectures on Ophthalmology" and " Lectures of Liuqiao Medicine".he trained the National Master of TCM,Ban Xiuwen,the National Famous Doctor Huang Rongwao,and the Guangxi Famous Doctors Huang Daochun and Zhang Ben.He was not only good at medical skills,but also good at writing books and educating people.Mr.Liu Liuqiao’s academic experience is mainly shown in the following aspects: attaching importance to classics,being good at practice,advocating the classics but not muddying them;The diagnostic methods are detailed and varied,especially good at pulse diagnosis.Attaching great importance to oligopolistic desire to raise sperm and paying attention to child rearing.Treating women must pay attention to blood,and pay attention to the liver,spleen and kidney.The method of treatment is flexible,not sticking to one pattern.Promoting the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine;Strive to deal with the urgent and critical cases,and manage the epidemic well.Making good use of folk medicine,and being great at treating Guangxi local common diseases;Carry forward traditional Chinese medicine and explore further development.Conclusion: As a famous doctor in modern times,Mr.Liu liuqiao has unique attainments in medical theory and various clinical disciplines,and has made important contributions to the inheritance and development of Guangxi medicine.His clinical experience and academic thoughts are very characteristic and have certain advancement and pioneering.summarizing and studying the relevant contents plays a positive role in enriching Guangxi medicine,promoting the academic inheritance of famous Guangxi senior TCM doctors,summarizing Guangxi common diseases and characteristic therapies,etc.
