【Objuctive】In this research,WeChat was used as a carrier to provide appropriate interventions for cancer patients through the WeChat platform to improve the compliance of post-hospital analgesic drugs, promote regular dosing, effectively prevent cancer pain and relieve pain.Provides a reference for cancer pain and continuous care of discharged patients, laying the foundation for comprehensive treatment of cancer patients.【Methods】A total of 89 patients(n=89)who were discharged from a top three hospital in Hainan Province were enrolled in a self-controlled study, which was divided into pre-intervention and post-intervention.pre-interventionpre-intervention:After the first chemotherapy of patients with periodic chemotherapy is discharged from the hospital, give ordinary post-hospital management measures. When the patient is re-admitted to the hospital because of the second chemotherapy, the patient’s medication compliance and cancer are used at this time. The pain score was evaluated for effect.(pre-intervention evaluation)post-intervention : After the second chemotherapy, the patient was treated with WeChat after the discharge.Intervention stayed for 3 weeks. When the patient was re-admitted due to the third periodic chemotherapy, the professional scale was used to evaluate the patient’s medication compliance and cancer pain score.(post-intervention evaluation)The interventions mainly include:(1)Information push:including daily medication reminders for patients and sending a health education knowledge, involving cancer pain knowledge, adverse reactions such as irregular medication.(2)Platform interaction:Patients can communicate with the medical staff on the WeChat group for online consultation or mutual encouragement with the patients.(3)Record of cancer pain discharge:Record the patient’s condition after discharge from the hospital in the form of Word document, including medication after discharge, diet, exercise, and frequency of pain.(4)Personalized health guidance:According to the record of cancer pain discharge, through the group guidance, give each patient a post-hospital guidance that meets their actual situation.【Result】1.There were 29 patients with low compliance before the intervention of cancer pain, accounting for 32.58%;32 with moderate compliance, accounting for 35.96%;28 with high compliance, accounting for 31.46%;after the intervention, there was 18 low compliance.People accounted for 20.22%;middle compliance was 27,accounting for30.34%;high compliance was 44,accounting for 49.44%.After intervention, patients with cancer pain discharged from hospital had a lower proportion of low compliance, and the proportion of high compliance increased significantly. There was a significant difference in medication compliance before and after intervention(P<0.001).The medication compliance after intervention was higher than before intervention.2.The cancer pain scores of patients with cancer pain discharged from the hospital were mild,21 cases, accounting for 23.6%;moderate,31 cases, accounting for 34.83%;severe cases,37 cases, accounting for 41.57%;after the intervention, cancer Pain scores,79 were mild, accounting for 88.76%;moderate were 8 with 8.99%;severe were 2,accounting for2.25%.It can be seen that the proportion of mild pain increased significantly after intervention, and the proportion of severe pain decreased. There was a significant difference in medication compliance before and after intervention(P<0.001).The cancer pain score after intervention was better than that before intervention.3.Comparing the pre-intervention pain scores of patients with cancer discharge with the post-intervention pain scores, according to the calculation criteria of the incidence of outbreak pain, there were 37 patients with outbreak pain before intervention in cancer discharge patients, accounting for 41.57%.There were 52 patients who did not have an outbreak of pain, accounting for 58.43%.There were 14 patients with pain after intervention, accounting for 15.73%,and 75 patients without painful outbreak, accounting for 84.27%.It can be seen that as the number of outbreaks of pain in the study gradually decreased, the incidence of outbreak pain before and after intervention was significantly different(P<0.001),and the number of outbreaks after intervention was lower than before intervention.4.The pain self-efficacy of patients who were discharged from cancer was compared before and after intervention. The contents of each item in the scale were analyzed. It was found that in the subscale, the average score of chronic pain self-efficacy before intervention was 16.30,and the chronic pain self-efficacy after intervention. The mean score of the sense of 22.26 points, there was a significant difference in chronic pain self-efficacy before and after intervention(P<0.001).The mean score of body function self-efficacy before intervention was 20.08 points, and the mean value of body function self-efficacy after intervention was 36.17 points. There was significant difference in body function self-efficacy before and after intervention(P<0.001).The mean score of self-efficacy before intervention was 18.63 points, and the mean score of self-efficacy after intervention was 35.03 points. There was a significant difference in the self-efficacy of symptoms before and after intervention(P<0.001).From the overall score of the scale, the mean score before intervention was 55.33 points, and the mean score after intervention was 93.46 points. There was a significant difference in the total scores before and after intervention(P<0.001).It can be seen that there is a significant difference between the pain self-efficacy subscale and the total score for patients with cancer pain discharge. The self-efficacy of the pain after intervention is better than before intervention.【Conclusions】Interventions with the WeChat platform can improve the compliance of patients with cancer discharge after hospitalization, reduce the patient’s cancer pain score, reduce the number of painful outbreaks, and further increase the pain self-efficacy of cancer patients.
