Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of cancer pain, the level of pain self-efficacy and the compliance level of analgesic drugs in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),and to explore the correlation among them. Methods:In this study,124 patients with advanced liver cancer who were admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology, affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from February to June 2018,were randomly selected from 124 patients who met the inclusion criteria. The(NRS),Chinese version of chronic pain self-efficacy scale(CPSS),Morisky)was used to investigate the pain scores of patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)who received conservative treatment by using the Chinese version of chronic pain self-efficacy scale(CPSS),Morisky).Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between pain score, pain self-efficacy and drug compliance. Results:The total score of pain self-efficacy in patients with advanced liver cancer was 51.90 ±8.434,the average pain score was 4.88 ±1.109,including 12 cases of mild pain,103 cases of moderate pain and 9 cases of severe pain. The compliance score of liver cancer patients was 4.35 ±1.578,and the drug compliance was at a low level.Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups. The mean pain score was negatively correlated with the total score of pain self-efficacy and all dimensions(r = 0.334,p < 0.001),and the mean pain score was negatively correlated with drug compliance(r = 0.254,p < 0.001).There was a significant positive correlation between drug compliance and the total score of pain self-efficacy and all dimensions(r = 0.377,p < 0.001).Conclusion:The pain self-efficacy and pain score of patients with advanced liver cancer are closely related to the compliance of taking analgesic drugs. It is suggested that the pain self-efficacy of patients can be improved, the pain degree of patients can be reduced, and the compliance of medication of analgesic drugs can be enhanced by improving the pain self-efficacy of patients. Objective:To investigate the effects of nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory on cancer pain, cancer pain self-efficacy,pain control disorder and drug compliance in patients with advanced liver cancer. Methods:In this study,86 patients with advanced liver cancer were selected from July to October 2018 in the Department of Gastroenterology, affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University.86 patients with advanced liver cancer were treated conservatively in area B,and the two areas were randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots.43 patients with advanced liver cancer in area A of digestive medicine served as experimental group and 43 patients in area B of digestive department served as control group.Patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma pain were given routine nursing in the control group, and self-efficacy theory intervention was carried out in the experimental group on the basis of routine nursing. The pain score, pain duration, pain self-efficacy,pain control disorder and drug compliance were compared between the two groups one month after discharge. Results:After intervention, the pain score of the patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(z = 2.866,p < 0.05).After intervention, the duration of pain in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(z = 3.780,p < 0.05).After intervention, the total score of pain control disorder in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(t =15.668,p < 0.001).The drug compliance in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(z =3.669,p < 0.05).Conclusion:Based on the theory of self-efficacy,the effects of self-efficacy intervention on pain self-efficacy and pain score, pain control disorder and drug compliance were tested. It is proved that self-efficacy theory can relieve pain and pain control disorder, improve pain self-efficacy and drug compliance in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, and open up a new way of thinking for pain management in patients with advanced liver cancer.
