Objective To analyze the correlation between abnormal posture and cervicogenic headache, and to explore the correlation between the anterior cervical extension distance and cervical chord distance, cervical curvature and occipital space of patients with cervicogenic headache, and to analyze the curative effect of different methods for treating cervicogenic headache. Methods From June 2016 to December 2018,patients with headache, dizziness, head nausea and numbness in the Department of Neurology,Baotou Central Hospital,Inner Mongolia,China. The whole body posture correction and functional training system(Functional Training System)was adopted.,FTS)to evaluate the posture, patients with head and neck postures with or without chest and waist posture abnormalities as subjects, according to clinical symptoms are divided into two groups, group 1: abnormal posture of cervicogenic headache patients,Group 2: Non-neck-induced headache with abnormal posture, head nausea, dizziness, and numbness;then recruited patients with abnormal postures that were not associated with gender age as a control group, and two groups of patients and control group The abnormal degree of posture was scored by FTS posture assessment system, and the relationship between abnormal posture and cervicogenic headache was analyzed. The patients with cervicogenic headache with abnormal posture were divided into the neck extension distance <30mm according to the neck extension distance. The neck forward extension distance 30-40 mm group and the neck forward extension distance>40mm group, the three groups were all photographed the cervical X-ray lateral slice, the cervical spine chord distance was measured by Borden method,Cobb method Cervical curvature, and measuring the posterior space of the occipital pillow,to explore the correlation between the anterior cervical extension distance and the cervical chord distance, cervical curvature andposterior occipital space of patients with cervicogenic headache;Treatment: Visual analogue score(VAS)before and after treatment in the three groups of simple manipulation group, simple drug group, and manual + drug group. Results The abnormal posture FTS scores were significantly different between the CEH group(group 1),non-CEH with dizziness, head nausea, cephalic anesthesia group(group 2)and asymptomatic control group(group 3)(P<0.01).Multiple comparisons between groups showed that there were significant differences in the abnormal posture FTS scores between group 1 and group 2,group 1 and group 3,group 2 and group 3(P<0.01),and the FTS score was in the symptomatic group(group 1).+ group 2)and the asymptomatic control group were statistically significant(P<0.01);arc chord distance and Cobb angle in the neck forward reach <30mm group(group A),neck forward distance 30-40 mm group(group B)There was a statistically significant difference between the groups with the neck extension distance >40mm(group C)(P<0.01).The multiple comparisons between groups showed that the difference between the arc chord and the Cobb angle of group A and group C were different. There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the arc chord and Cobb angle between group A and group B and group B and group C(P>0.05),while the posterior occipital space was in group A.There was no significant difference between the B group and the C group(P>0.05).The difference of VAS scores before and after treatment was statistically significant in the simple manipulation group, the simple drug group and the manual + drug group.Significance(P<0.01),multiple comparisons between groups showed that there was a difference between the simple treatment group and the simple drug group(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the simple drug group and the manual + drug group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the simple manipulation group and the manipulation + drug group(P>0.05).Conclusion 1.Abnormal posture is closely related to cervicogenic headache;2.The neck extension distance of cervical-derived headache patients is related to cervicalchord distance and cervical curvature;3.Manipulative treatment characterized by adjusting overall abnormal posture Patients with abnormal posture of cervicogenic headache have significant effects.
