Clinical Study Of Habder-9 Combined With Hot Compress Sleeve To Prevent PICC Tube-Related Phlebitis And Thrombosis In Cancer Patients

Objective: To study the prevention of phlebitis after PICC catheterization by Mongolian medicine habder-9 combined with hot compress sleeve and its influence on coagulation index(D-D,FIB,PT),and to explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Mongolian medicine in the prevention of phlebitis in cancer patients and to elucidate its mechanism.Methods: Tumor patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a blank group(group A),a Mongolian medicine group(group B),and a Mongolian medicine sleeve group(group C).Group A: After the patient placed the PICC tube,there was no special intervention in the routine treatment of the tube.Group B: On the day of PICC,the Mongolian medicine was swollen and the nine-flavored powder was made of Vaseline to make the swelling and scent.Group C: Put on the PICC on the same day and use the B group method to paste the swelling of the nine flavors and attach the hot sleeves.Results:(1)The incidence of phlebitis was significantly different from that of the blank group,and the incidence of phlebitis was significantly reduced(P<0.01).The time and grade of phlebitis in the habder-9 group and the combined hot compress sleeve group were significantly lower than those in the blank group,and the phlebitis occurred late.(2)The incidence of venous thrombosis in habder-9 group and combined heat pack sleeve group was significantly lower than that in the blank group(P<0.05).(3)There were significant differences in D-D difference between the three groups(P<0.01),and the value of D-D in group C was lower than that in groups A and B.There was no difference between the three groups of FIB differences(P>0.05).The value of FIB rise in group C was smaller than that in group A,and there was no significant difference from group B.There was no difference in the PT difference between the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.habder-9 combined with hot compress sleeves to prevent PICC catheterrelated phlebitis and thrombosis play a good role.2.habder-9 combined with hot compress sleeve can promote transdermal absorption of drugs.This treatment can help cancer patients to successfully carry out chemotherapy and control the disease.
