ObjectiveThis study is to investigation the status of self-care agency of breast cancer chemotherapy patients; To analyze the influencing factors self-care agency of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.MethodsThis study adopted the random sampling method, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,179 cases of breast cancer chemotherapy patients were selected as the research objects who admitted to three tertiary general hospitals in hunan province from April 2018 to November2018.The self-designed general information questionnaire,self-care agency scale, general self-efficacy scale and Herth hope inder were used to investigate the general information,self-care agency,self-efficacy and hope level of patients. Then use SPSS 18.0 statistically analyzed all data were:descriptive statistics analysis, the two-sample T test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis.Results1.The total score of self-care agency of breast cancer chemotherapy patients(114.37±15.92).There were 51.4%at medium level,48.6%at high level.the scores of each dimension were health knowledge level(42.16±6.21),self-care skills(34.03±6.39),self-care concept(23.16±4.00),self-care responsibility score(15.02±4.74)2.Self-efficacy score of breast cancer chemotherapy patients(23.36±5.02),There were 25.1%at low level,68.7%at medium level, and 6.2%at high level. The total score of hope level of breast cancer chemotherapy patients(38.81±4.07),There were 21.2%at the middle level,78.8%at the higher level.3.According to the general demographic data and disease related to breast cancer chemotherapy patients with self-care ability of the single factor analysis, age, culture level, primary caregiver, per capita monthly income, disease knowledge and economic burden, course of the disease, whether metastasis was different, their self-care agency score was statistically difference(P<0.05).4.Relevant analysis showed that:(1)This research analyzed the correlation between self-care agency and self-efficacy in breast cancer chemotherapy patients. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between self-care agency,self-care skills,self-care concept, health level and self-efficacy(P<0.01).(2)this study analyzed the correlation between self-care agency and hope level of breast cancer chemotherapy patients. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between self-care agency,self-care skills,self-care concept, health knowledge level, hope level and all dimensions(P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between the sense of responsibility for self-care and the level of hope, and maintaining intimate relationship with others(P<0.01).5.Results of multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis:six variables including the level of hope, knowledge of disease,self-efficacy,whether to transfer, educational level and the course of the disease were entered into the regression model. After adjustment,R~2=0.443,indicating that the six independent variables could explain 44.3%of the variance in self-care agency. The standardized regression coefficients from high to lowarerespectivelythehopelevel,self-efficacy,whether metastasis, course of disease, educational level, knowledge of disease.Conclusions1.The self-care agency of breast cancer chemotherapy patients was at a medium high level, but there were still some patients whose self-nursing agency needed to be further improved.2.Hope level, knowledge of the disease,self-efficacy,whether metastasis, educational level, course of disease were the influencing factors of self-care ability.
