Objectives The "complementary acupoints" is a kind of acupoint theory proposed by the instructor on the basis of summarizing the ancient and modern literature and combining his own experience.Observing the clinical efficacy of the "relative acupoint" in the external obstruction intervention insomnia, and compared with the conventional acupoint group,to provide a reference for the clinical application of the "relative acupoint" acupoint theory. Methods Sixty patients with insomnia who met the clinical diagnostic criteria were selected and randomly divided into two groups: “relative acupoint”,internal phlegm and external acupuncture group(treatment group)and conventional acupuncture group(control group). The treatment group selected the internal closure and the external control. The control group selected Sishencong,Shenmen and Sanyinjiao for acupuncture. Both groups were matched with the syndrome according to the syndrome differentiation of TCM.Both groups were treated once a day,6 days for a course of treatment, and a total of 4 courses of treatment. The Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI)and the TCM Symptom Score Table were used for statistical analysis before and after treatment, and the recurrence was evaluated at 1 month and 3 months. Results 1 The study completed a total of 30 cases in the treatment group and the control group. There was no statistically significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2 The total effective rate was 86.66% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3 There was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after TCM symptom score,PSQI total score and sleep quality, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance and daytime function(P>0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusions 1 "relative point" acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group can improve the patient's sleep quality and improve TCM symptoms.2 Compared with the conventional acupuncture group, the "relative acupoint" acupuncture group has better clinical curative effect in shortening the patient's sleep time, and the acupoints are simplified, which is worthy of clinical application.Figure0;Table12;Reference 93...
