The Clinical Observation In The Liver-fire Type Of Perimenopausal Insomnia Treated By Penetrition Needing On Siguan Acupoints

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Siguan point penetrating for the treatment perimenopausal insomnia of the Liver-fire Type.This study could be used for future reference of using Acupuncture for the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia.Methods:Sixty-eight cases of perimenopausal insomnia were randomly divided into 34 cases the control group(ordinary needling group)and 34 cases group the treatment group(Siguan point penetrating needling).Treatment for 4 weeks,a total of 20 times.All patients were evaluated prior to enrollment and 2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and 8 weeks of follow-up,And comparing the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PQSI),TCM syndrome score and improved Kupperman scale.The clinical efficacy evaluation,The safety evaluation and patient compliance evaluation were made at the end of the treatment cycle.Result:(1)During the treatment period,3 cases dropped out,65 cases were included in the statistical analysis,5 cases were lost in the follow-up period,and 60 cases were included in the statistical analysis during the follow-up period.(2)Intra-group comparison: After 2 weeks of treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and 8 weeks of follow-up,the total scores of PSQI and the scores of each dimension,the total score of TCM syndromes,the scores of each factor,and the total score of modified Kupperman were lower than those before treatment.Except for the common acupuncture group,the chest pain factor in TCM symptoms after 2 weeks of treatment were compared with those before treatment(P >0.05),and the others were statistically different(P <0.05).(3)Comparison between groups: After 2 weeks of treatment,the treatment group were better than that in the ordinary needling group in the total score of PSQI,and the scores of sleep time,sleep disturbance.(P < 0.05);the treatment group were better than that in the ordinary needling group in the total score of TCM syndromes,and the scores of dysphoria,irritability,chest pain,the total score of improved Kupperman(P < 0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the total scores of PSQI and the scores of each dimension,the total score of TCM syndromes,the scores of each factor,and the total score of modified Kupperman(P > 0.05).follow-up,The treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group in the total score of PSQI,and the scores of sleep quality,sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction(P<0.05).;Compared with the improved Kupperman total score and the total score of TCM syndromes,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 87.88% in the treatment group and 81.25% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)There were no significant difference in the comparison of safety and compliance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Both groups can effectively improve insomnia,liver-fire syndrome,perimenopausal accompanying symptoms,the short-term treatment of Siguan point penetrating needling group,and the long-term treatment of the lasting effect is more significant than that of ordinary acupuncture.2.The overall effect of the two groups is similar after the end of the treatment cycle,Both have good safety and compliance.3.The Siguan point penetrating needling group has the characteristics of selecting acupoints precisely but few,remarkable curative effect and strong operability,which has certain clinical popularization value.
