Fu Xing Yang Yan Clear Pastet On Metabolic Indexes Of Obese Type 2 Diabetes With Stomach-intestine Excessive Heat Type

Objectives To observe the effect of Fu Xing Yang Yan clear plaster on Metabolic Index of Obesity in Type 2 diabetes mellitus with stomach-intestine excessive heat type,disscuss its clinical action,provide effective traditional chinese medicine treatment thought for prevention and treatment of obese Type 2 diabetes mellitus with excess heat in stomach and intestine.Methods A total of 66 patients with obese Type 2 diabetes Mellitus who attended the Second Department of endocrinology and ward of Shijiazhuang city Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2018 were collected The 66 patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group had 33 patients,patients in both groups were given lifestyle intervention and intensive insulin treatment(30 minutes subcutaneous injection of Ganshulin R before three meals and subcutaneous injection of insulin glargine at 9 pm.)the research group was combined with Fu Xing Yang Yan clear plaster,using statistical software SPSS25.0,observe the change in total symptom score,total effective rate,body Weight,blood glucose,blood Lipid and HOMA index between the two groups.Results 1.In traditional chinese medicine clinical symptoms: After treatment,the total score of TCM Syndrome in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups.The total clinical effective rate of TCM was 86% in the study group and 64% in the control group,which was superior to the Control Group(P<0.05).2.Obesity Related Indexes: compared with before treatment,the body weight,BMI and waist circumference of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05);compared with the Control Group,the improvement of body weight and BMI in the Study Group was significantly different(P<0.05).3.Blood Glucose related indexes:After Treatment,the Blood Glucose and Glycated hemoglobin level of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),compared with the Control Group,the study group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).4.Blood Lipid Index: After treatment,the level of total cholesterol,triglyceride and Low-density Lipoprotein in the two groups decreasedsignificantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the study group compared with the Control Group(P<0.05).5.Insulin Resistance Index(HOMA): HOMA-IR,HOMA-?,HOMA-S were decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05);HOMA-IRand HOMA-S decreased more significantly in the study group than in the Control Group(P<0.05),but no significant difference was found between the two groups.Conclusions On the basis of regular insulin intensive hypoglycemic therapy combined with FuXingYangYan clear plaster can effectively improve the traditional chinese medicine clinical symptoms of Type 2 diabetes Mellitus with obesity,and better control the patients' weight,blood glucose and blood lipid level to improve the index of insulin resistance model,it is proved that FuXingYangYan clear plaster can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and metabolic index of patients,and improve the overall therapeutic effect.Figure0,Table14,Reference 104.
